b0ck3n I got traded to the Knicks before i got Floor General . Is there anyway for me to get it ? I dont get cutscenes with any teammates, only the GM, friend Agent & coach.

It's possible but it'll take forever. You get like a 1% bump to your teammate chemistry after completing games, possibly connected to wins and/or high teammate grades. Another reason to wait for the 2nd opportunity to ask for your star teammate to be traded, as you can get Floor General before being traded, and it still works when your team chemistry goes down.

it was too late i was in the week b4 the all star game . they only gave me 3 options , things are great , dont get along with coach , and a trade request . i pick things are great but i never got a gm meeting again until after the trade deadline

Had to register to give props. Was drafted 18th overall by Hawks. Followed instructions exactly except I didn't pass the star player the ball when he called for it. Became a starter 1st week of Jan and my desired team shot up the list to most interested. I got the GM cutscene and asked to have Al Horford traded. It took until the final week of Jan but they finally did it!!

Mad props to TC for this one. My first career was a mess! I had been traded at least twice each of my 1st 3 years trying to get to SA and finally gave up, settled in Cleveland, won back 2 back titles and then was traded the following season for asking to have Kyrie traded. Lol So glad this worked out! Props!!

Couple of notes: I never got the sidekick scene, perhaps because I asked for my teammate to be traded on the first try. My GM rating went down to 1% but climbed to 12% about a week and a half later. I got anxious/impatient so I tanked 2 games (fouled out early) and saw my GM rating go down to 10% then came the trade.

I think one of the major keys is whether or not your desired team has your position sewed up. For example like someone else said you can't be a SF and hope to be traded to OKC or NY (or SA). Just glad this worked!

Noticed something and hoping this will help. After being drafted by bobcats I got tired of playing for them(they are the worst sports team in the history of the world) Tried this method the moment my favorite team showed up as most interested(around 32 game mark) and I requested for star teammate to be traded on the GM interview after game #35. I got traded right after playing 39 games. I was still the 6th man when they traded me, didn't get the trainer cut scene, game winner or sidekick cut scene. I think, once january arrives and your favorite team is on top of the list you could just go for it.

On my original MyCareer, I tried demanding a trade multiple times and ended up basically getting traded everywhere but the team I wanted (Bulls).

I tried this method for my next one and I got traded in early February. Like many others have said already, you don't need to get the sidekick scene, you just have to ask for the star teammate to be traded.

With that being said, I found this to be very helpful. Thanks!
