I would prefer Hubie Brown - probably the best most knowledgeable NBA commentator out of all.

Jeff Van Gundy - Another dude that speak his mind and understand the game well.

Chris Webber - I don't mind having him in the game but i don't think he's anything special.

    Reggie Miller - nothing special.

Kenny Smith - I do like Kenny's voice ....not probably as commentator. Use him for Halftime SHOW will be good.

SO MY CHOICE: I will pick ..............Hubie Brown or Jeff Van Gundy & Kevin Harlan or Marv Albert.
You probably stand alone in your views about these guys.

Yeah I don't know, those are 3 of my favorites too. I like most of the guys on the list with the HUGE exception of Reggie Miller. I really hope he is not in the game for 2K15.

Also, how can anyone hate Steve Kerr or Mark Jackson?

In a perfect world; Kevin Harlan, Reggie Miller, with Chris Webber as the color commentator, Rachel Nichols as the sideline reporter, and Ernie Johnson doing the halftime report.

But based on 2K standards, it will probably be Kevin Harlan, Clark Kellogg as the color commentator and Doris Burke as the sideline reporter. And yes, I'm keeping my expectations low this time round.

I'll go with Miller, although he isn't very great at what he does.

Reggie Miller always has those lines that somehow raise a player's status.

Bring back SEXY cheerleaders. Use ESPN or TNT logo. Give me ANYBODY but Steve Kerr as commentator...he is SOOO ancient. Use TNT half time broadcast team for Halftime Show.

I agree 100% I see 2K waiting until a big name that's willing to sit a record with Kevin/Clark is available imo. We saw how rough a go Madden had when they they had a hard time getting Cris Collinsworth and Gus Johnson in the studio together.

I like Hubie Brown as the bball IQ guy but idk if he's a flashy enough addition for 2K and Reggie and C Webb didn't wanna be on the legends teams in past games so I'm sure they'd price themselves outta 2Ks budget for recording actual commentary.

Personally I'm blown away by how many of you guys like Hubie Brown, I can't stand that guy. I feel like he just repeats everything that happens on the floor that we just saw, but in slow motion, for example.

*LeBron James will have the ball at the top of the key, dribble right into in the paint, crossover left and split the two defenders for a layup, and the foul.*

HB: "Now you see here, he takes the ball at the top of the key, he dribbles right into the paint and crosses over the defender, and is quick and strong enough, that even with the foul, can split the two defenders for the layup."

Maybe I'm just biased, but majority of the things he says I feel like I already know, outside of reading the season stats off the computer in front of him.

But to answer the question, I feel as if Mike Breen, JVG and Mark are the best in the business. Entertaining and insightful, but I think EA has their rights. So for 2K, I say Kevin Harlan, Clark Kellogg and Reggie Miller/Cwebb make alot of sense.

I think 2k will probably promote Doris Burke into Steve's spot, as the 3rd commentator. And just get someone else to replace her on the sidelines.

I don't like Mark Jackson. I hated when he keeps saying "Oooohhh Mama...there goes the....." I think it's lame.

I personally prefer someone that say something to enhance the experience of the game. Like for example, in soccer....you have commentators that just went crazy with the "Goaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll ll........Goalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll...." and they just would not stop...NOW THAT's ENTERTAINING!!! You don't ever see that type of announcers in the NBA...all you get are a bunch of analysts!! Marv Albert and Kevin Harden are at least entertaining.
