I'm running a MyLeague so the GM never did turn me away lol. I went back and fourth with them for almost a hour and they sent be a counter proposal of Jerryd Bayless (can give them a scoring piunch off the bench), Nate Wolters (another scoring threat), and a 2017 1st round pick (via Clippers) for Jackson and Grant Jarrett (pretty much a throw in). I felt it was a fair trade since he's reported to be leaving in the offseason and it wouldn't make sense to give up a haul for a possible one year rental.

Right, they're nicer in MyLeague then .
My best offer was Sanders, Bayless and a 2nd round pick for Jackson and Perkins (Had to include him since Sanders' contract is too big), was still no. IMO they could have used a C like Sanders.

Anyway, ended up trading Sanders (I really wanted to give Henson the starting spot) for Rockets' Papanikolaou, Shved and a valuable 1st rounder from the Pelicans (they offered me this trade, even though they already have Howard, Jones, Motiejunas...). If you wanna know, Henson is posting big numbers both simming and playing. So if you get tired of Sanders missing too many lay-ups

First game against the Hawks in my 2nd year as the Celtics.

The new look Celtics led by Jimmy butler,smart, sully, and the 2 rookies Okafor and Winslow were dominate.

Combine 75 points from smart/butler/sully/winslow.

I'm liking this.

Hi, I'm new to the My GM/My League modes as my 1st 2k game was 2k14 and I only really played My Career.

I'm a big Fifa player and enjoy the career mode so was hoping to start a franchise in 2k15 but there seems to be a lot of menu options and things to do so I'm kind of lost.

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for a beginner? e.g. decent team to start with that I can build with, things I need to do off court on the GM side or any guides or walkthroughs I could have a look at.

I'm in year 3 with the Wizards. I made a million moves, I can't even remember them all now, but I hated the front court of Nene and Gortat, so I traded them away, landed Deandre Jordan in a trade to sure up my paint defense, made a lot of bench and roleplayer moves, and in year 2 I spent a lot of time dumping unnecessary salary to free up room to make a big splash in free agency. I made it to the playoffs that year but lost in round 2, so I was determined to put together a championship squad. I got lucky in free agency and landed Anthony Davis by offering him a max Bird contract (the most amount of money he could possibly make) on day one, and he accepted. I ended up signing Bradley Beal back for 2 years around 22 million and came just under the luxury tax threshold. My future is uncertain with so much salary, but I have at least two years with a monster squad to try to win championships.

Right now my team consists of John Wall, Bradley Beal, Otto Porter, Anthony Davis, and Deandre Jordan as a starting 5; Elfrid Payton, CJ Wilcox, Chuck Nance (a center I drafted 3rd overall after simming season 1 with John Wall hurt), Khris Humphries, and Tony Allen (a shockingly great defender on here, he has a lot of gold badges, I put him in the starting 5 to defend superstars sometimes), and some random nobodies on the bench. I'm number 2 in the power rankings behind only the Thunder, routinely dominating good teams. Hope I can keep up the momentum through the playoffs.

I think I may have found a way for young guys to accept 10-day contracts in MyLeague. I noticed that only older guys like Brian Cook and Brian Skinner would sign 10 day deals. So with me needing point guard help I tried to sign a few young point guards and they never would accept. Even the lowest rated young guard wouldn't accept it. So i ran a little test and made Seth Curry older and I tried to sign him and again and he accept. I'm guessing it's a glitch with non of the d-league guys in the free agent pool won't sign 10-day deals.

The Hornets cannot win a game at home, falling to 0-6 on the honeycomb hardwood after dropping a 109-99 decision to New Orleans. Coupled with a loss at Golden State to end the 5-game road trip, Charlotte is now 4-9 on the season.

The Pelicans shot the lights out; every quarter they were at least 50% from the floor. Tough to win when you give up a lot of easy baskets. Jrue Holiday and Tyreke Evans had their way driving to the paint and of course, Anthony Davis did work on the low block.

Houston is up next for Charlotte, at home. Can the Hornets finally win a home game?

I'm at the final game of the my first season with the Sixers. I have 2 top 10 picks (Traded Wroten and a later 1st rounder to Bucks for their 1st rounder).

Sitting at 15-67 and ready for the off-season!!! Tons of cap space and draft picks!

Looking forward to adding some key players to MCW, Noel and Embiid. Can't wait to see what Embiid can do! I do plan to keep KJ, Grant, Jerebko (trade), and Joe Harris (I'm a UVA fan, trade, plus he shoots the lights out). Looking to go hard after a SG and SF in FA and draft.

Question
How do you guys react when the superstar player of your team goes down with a season ending injury?

Just had this happen to me as Chris Bosh tore his ACL
Now this is a real Problem because I actually wanted to play all games myself.. hard to give away an entire season, also considering my team is build for win now. this kind of destroys the myleague im running, at least that's how it feels now.

Started a MYGM with the Twolves. Right before the first game of the season I was tasked with either trading Mo Williams or Chase Budinger , I traded Mo for a future first round pick. I didn't want taking away minutes from Lavine . current starting lineup is Rubio Kevin Martin Shabazz Young and Pekovic . in our first game I beat the Grizzlies with some good late game defense and scoring by Young. Wiggins was great off the bench .

Hornets fall to 0-8 at home and 4-11 on the season after dropping a 121-113 OT game to Houston and a 112-100 decision to Brooklyn.

The loss to the Rockets was a heartbreaker. Had the lead most of the game and was up 3 in the closing seconds, only for James Harden to nail a 3-pointer with a hand in his face to send the game to OT. In the extra session, it was all Houston.

The Brooklyn game was tight throughout, but the Nets hit some big shots late. They were 30-for-30 from the free-throw line!

A rematch with Houston is up next. Thankfully, it's a road game and Charlotte is 4-3 on the road this year.

It's impossible to sign anyone to a 10-day that would have a chance of playing.

I just think it's a little unrealistic that a player who has never played a minute in the NBA would be so offended by a 10-day contract offer that they would turn down the chance.

I think it's just a glitch that's been in the game for the past few years. But I was able to sign Seth Curry. I just changed his age and finally accepted the 10-day deal. You just have to change it back after you sign the player.
