I am controlling all 30 teams and i'm currently playing the majority of each playoff game. I just played an epic game 2 as the Clippers (6) seed vs the Rockets (3) seed. CP3 and co. got smashed in game 1 (114-92) as Paul really wasn't effective only tallying 10 points on 4-15 shooting. That game was actually simulated so I decided to play game 2 with the Clippers in hopes to tie this series up going back to LA.

Game 2 starts off very high paced. No team had a better advantage over the other as the 1st quarter was a back and forth afair. The highlight of the 1st quarter was CP3 going off for 20 and having the hot hand from behind the ark going (4-4) early on. Clippers outscored the Rockets in the 1st 37-30, but the Rockets never folded.

Quarter 2 was neck and neck as neither team wanted to take their foot off the gas. Paul rested most of this quarter after such a hot start, but that ultimately may have hurt the Clippers down the stretch. The MVP James Harden attacked the rim with vengance this quarter in hopes of leading his team to a (2-0) series lead. Even with Paul on the bench until midway through the 2nd, Clippers were able to follow Blake as he was the offensive focus for LA. Both teams were able to score 30 a piece going into the half, Chris Paul leading all scorers with 24.

After halftime both teams considerably seem to cool down a bit as neither were able to score 30 or over this quarter. The fast paced tempo was controlled by Paul a lot this quarter until midway as Houston made a furious comeback. Jason Terry had a huge hand in this quarter knocking down two crucial 3 pointers and assiting to Harden on mulitple occasions. The score going into the final quarter was 92-87, Clippers.

Chris Paul had been sensational this game and truly reminded everyone why he is considered one of if not the best point guards in the league. Paul continued his scoring, but as he sat back and called for a pick from Deandre Jordan is when trouble would arise for LA. Paul went around the screen shooting a floater over the taller Dwight Howard and would come down in pain. Paul was sent back to the locker room area for x-rays and it seems he has a sprained ankle. Wether or not he will be availble for game 3 is undeterimed, but this was a huge blow to the Clippers who never seemed the same after the injury to Paul. Open shots that were falling earlier wern't falling and execution seemed to drop as the Rockets came storming back. Dwight Howard made two huge baskets with 2 minutes remaining to seal this game up for the Rockets and secure a 2-0 series lead.

All in all this was a really exciting and fun game to play and really felt like a huge playoff game. I hate that I lost, but it seemed realistic that momentum shifted when Paul went out. Clippers have shown irl that they have potential to fold when things look down so fun game and hope to give you guys more updates on games.

I had a MyLeague question. I'm using Simworld rosters and I am seeing some extremely unrealistically cheap contracts being signed, both as extensions and in free agency. Is this an issue with the official rosters also? Short of using 30 team control, is there any work around for this?

Just started a 30 team controlled My League, but I only play Pacers games. I like to keep things realistic so I took one of the last 2k rosters and editied it back to Opening night, with all lineups and minutes correct, and follow the box scores of what happened IRL fro each game, and I edit that into My League. I also simcast every game to make sure the right team wins each game, so outside of what I do with my Pacers the league will closely resemble that of real life. I figure there is a good chance I wont buy NBA2k16, unless some things are improved and auto save is able to be turned off, so this Assoc. will probably go several years deep.


So far I have started out the season 1-2, beat the Sixers on opening night, and have lost my last 2 to the Grizzlies and Hawks. Probably going to be a rough go with all the injuries that the Pacers had, but hoping Im able to sneak into the playoffs somehow.

The frontrunner is the Utah jazz. I also like Sacramento and Detroit due to the young front court pieces on each team.

Gonna start today and turn the team I choose into a nba powerhouse

Its on 2k share for the PS4 psn is CaseIH72, and the name of the roster is oct28.


Didn't adjust any overalls, but did adjust some touch tendencies for bigs that weren't getting enough touches. Also adjusted a few other players touches as well, but only a handful.


Injuries aren't perfect, as far as days go on DL, but following real life box scores, that don't matter anyway, I just take the injury away when they return.

Started a Magic MyGm the other day. I don't know why.

It's possible to get DeMarcus Cousins for Vucevic. Yeah, that's a thing that can happen.

I wanna develop Elfrid Payton into the next Gary Payton little by little... but then I found a gem in free agency!

Nate Wolters is a beast in the Pick and Roll game. If you need a backup PG who's good at the Pick and Roll, and is a decent shooter, Wolters is a good option. He's a lot like John Paxson, or maybe a poor man's Mark Price.

In a game against the Wizards, I put him in the starting lineup at Shooting Guard after Oladipo suffered an injury. He finished with 21 points and 10 assists. Whenever he comes off the screen, it always ends up one of three ways:

- Gets fouled on the way to the bucket.
- Gets an easy layup.
- Finds the rolling bigman for a foul/easy bucket.

I like his game from what I've seen of him so far. He also had a pretty good rookie year last season for the Bucks, despite being a second rounder. Shame he got cut just for veteran leadership (Kenyon Martin) that they didn't even keep.

Say guys im playing myleague with the jazz and I'm loving it. But I'm looking at other team's like who would be the hardest team to win with. The jazz are already stacked even though I love playing defense with the duo of favors and gobert. I want more of a challenge. I'm looking at the nets to be my turnaround project. Killer contracts and VETERANS. Denver seems like my choice as they have a roster of vets but seem to have no direction. At least Philly has young talent to build with. Charlotte and Detroit seem to be stuck in neutral in their recent plans for their respective franchises.

Help me out fellas

The jazz are already stacked even though I love playing defense with the duo of favors and gobert. I want more of a challenge. I'm looking at the nets to be my turnaround project. Killer contracts and VETERANS. Denver seems like my choice as they have a roster of vets but seem to have no direction. At least Philly has young talent to build with. Yeah Brooklyn is the frontrunner for me right now simply because of deron williams and Joe Johnson. Denver Detroit and Charlotte are also on my list. I like defense minded teams.

Chasing titles with either of these teams is gonna be a challeng. Will post the team and details least details later

The Brooklyn Nets have now entered the 2016 playoffs as the three seed in the East on the back of Reggie Jackson winning the Most Improved Award finishing the season with 25 ppg, 9apg, 5rpg and 1.6 steals per game. After losing Brook Lopez to a knee injury for the season, the Nets have moved Mason Plumlee into the starting center position alongside Mirotic in the front court. Plumlee is not expected to fill Lopez's scoring ability. That weight will be put on the shoulders of second year man Mirotic, who ended the season with a 30 point effort.

In game one of the New York playoff matchup, the Nets hosted the rejuvenated Knicks in blowout fashion, winning 108-92. Carmelo was contained, scoring 24 points, while Reggie Jackson and Mirotic led the way with 30 and 27 respectively.

Trying to continue my win streak on the road against the struggling Pacers.

Edit:
I won the game 104-102, but in the grand scheme of things we lost big.
Rookie Chris Valentine tore his MCL just three days after going for a career high 43 points at home against the Pacers (karma?). Good news is he'll only be out 2-4 weeks (No idea how that is possible).
I chose to throw Reggie Jackson in the starting lineup over KCP. We'll get to see how that works out sooner than later as we come home to face the Mavericks in game 2 of a back to back.

Quick Update:
I was forced to restart after my file was somehow corrupted.
This time around I decided to use the Sim-World house rules.
Simulated Year 1.

-LeBron James won regular season and Final's MVP after Cleveland swept Golden State.

-Bulls traded for Roy Hibbert on draft day (He's backing up J. Noah).
-Cleveland re-signed Kevin Love and added even more depth by signing Josh Smith.
-Clippers let Jamal Crawford walk and signed Louis Williams.
-New York Knicks signed Anthony Davis and Monta Ellis.
-Manu Ginobili decided to finish his career in LA with Kobe.
-New Orleans replaced A. Davis with Paul Millsap.

-I re-signed Andre Drummond and Greg Monroe to 4 year deals.
-I traded for Draymond Green on opening day to complete the front-court for the future (If we can re-sign him at the end of the year).
-Jodie Meeks dislocated his patella in game 3 and is still out 6-8 weeks.

I'm currently 14-3 and plan on doing daily updates from here on.
