    Allstar- For gamers with 15+ wins-25wins, win% over 50% and a dnf% lower than 15%

Hall of Fame- For the ultimate gamer with 26+ wins, win % over 70% & dnf% lower than 10%

Something implemented like this would make it fair to the Sim players community. It would waste less of peoples time & less players would quit games as it could potentially drop them to the lower ranking. Also adding in a feedback system that combines and divides the dnf% to help provide your feedback. It would take it back to playing fairly as they wouldn't want the negative feedback & other players to avoid matching up with them.

Previously we would be able to check your feedback and also the dnf% and etc. That would help to see this for players in the lobby to know who to avoid. As Sim gamers it sucks to enter a game and once it starts to end up playing a cheeser who does all the glitchy stuff or someone who plays all the way until 30 seconds left and they quit. They feel no pressure or face no penalties as everyone is still able to play everyone else. So they continue with their glitchy ways & so forth.

If I am ranked 300 in the Hall of Fame lobby & you are ranked 2000 if I win I shouldn't really move up anywhere but 1 spot but after playing multiple wins against those so low in rank. It would force those on the top to not prey on those lower ranked as it would be a waste of time & only a win with slight positives but also potentially a big drop in ranking in the case of losing such as from 300 to 500.

Online lobbies & the ability to play your opponents VIP & seeing their feedback & then agreeing to meet your opponent gave u an excitement factor of playing & preparing for the matchup. With these factors listed above and the +/- of facing certain opponents it is solely up to the gamers behind the controller to pick their opponents wisely.

Leaderboards 2K needs to follow the model of NCAA football. They have an ELO rating system. In this system the ranking is different because skill is accounted for and not the number of games one plays. Each player has a rating, which is a number. A higher number indicates a better player, based on results against other rated players. The winner of a contest between two players gains a certain number of points in his or her rating and the losing player loses the same amount.
I couldn't have said it any better implementing a system like this would really show the true Sim and competitive online gaming population of 2k players the love that's deserved. 2k14 has gone away from that and catered to the casual gamer and there wouldn't be anything wrong with that if they hadn't downgraded and strayed away from the true fans that got them to this point. There hasn't been a big splash in online gaming since the introduction of team up mode in 2k9 followed by crew mode in 2k11 or 2k12, whichever it is. Props to them for bring the fun mode back to last Gen but current Gen better get something better or there really are hidden issues that are coming to light. Probably the reason Mike Wang left 2k but went back when he saw how ugly the other side was but that's not of my business

I will say the biggest Pro to 2k's rise to basketball dominance is what they've been able to do with their staff. There's so many community guys and familiar faces-er-usernames on the team it gives me nothing but hope for the game. It seems to be an unconventional approach to games/development, sports games in particular, and I don't think 2k would have gone that route if they weren't at the top.

It started with just mix makers like MomentousCeltic from here and LD2k from ClubLakers, then eventually branched out to guys they've added to the dev teams and gameplay teams. And I'm especially glad they've added a guy to represent the PC community as I felt that out of all people who game, PC modders understand the ins and outs of the game the best but got listened to the least. As a former NLSC member and PC gamer, it was something begged of EA when Live was the only PC offering.
Shoutout for the old school LD2k.

Couldn't agree more. The team here is so truly special. These guys are as passionate about basketball as I am and I'm bat**** crazy about basketball.

The influence someone as new as me has had in this year's game makes this job feel like a dream that just doesn't want to end. I swear, I'm gonna wake up in Athens one of those days and realize none of this happened and I'll just cry at the corner for a couple of days.

NBA 2K15 has so many things that I've been dreaming to have in NBA 2K ever since I started playing the game. The moment you get hired by 2K is the moment your ideas start influencing the game. You have no idea until you come here and your first day is just... amazing.

If you have the skill, the will, the passion and the ideas, the game will be transformed before your eyes into something you'll want to keep working on for a lifetime.

I wouldn't rather be anywhere else. It's a family, and it's a family that makes awesome games. I wish you guys could experience what I've been living since last July.

Con: they are so big, that the needs of the casual fan has to be appeased. And, sometimes, that makes for lost sim elements.

Con: it's now more en vogue to whine and cry about everything they do with the game. They become the "evil empire" by default. When in truth, they have not really changed that much if at all.

Con: fear of backlash makes them more inflexible and less likely to take risk. Try new ideas. Stay with the plan that got them there, until it all becomes stale.

Pros: best sports game on the market

Cons: NBA 2K will never be complete until a 5v5 club mode comes to PC/PS4/Xbone.

I like to believe that if EA hadn't screwed up their franchise they'd have a club mode similar to FIFA or NHL (although they're skipping it on next-gen this year unfortunately). I'd probably play more of that than I would 2K's game, even though most likely 2K would still have better gameplay.
