I ordered from the FL guy last night and sent him a message, but haven't heard anything yet. We will be covered under eBay's Money Back guarantee, but hopefully it won't come to that. I am concerned that he has unlimited supply (there is a listing now). Also, after eBay fees and free shipping, $70 does leave a lot of fat for him.

wasn't there a guy during the Madden launch that did this on Ebay? Said that he had the game to ship and then kept delaying the ship date because he didn't have actually have the game?

Not trying to be Debbie Downer or anything, just curious.

I'm trying to warn everyone to not go in there with blinders on because we all want 2k15 so bad. The guy on ebay is frauding it's obvious and in 3 days the money will clear in his account. So PayPal may still cover you but he won't be the one refunding you .He obviously doesn't care about his account or feedback and his stock hasn't even run low with everyone ordering.

Fellows don't be so gullible. Grant it the guy may be legit but I'm leaning on the side that it's BS. He can generate a Tracking number and not have the product.

I'm hoping it all works out in the end but I'm skeptical of this cat. Stick with sellers with a history. I will have probably bit if the guy had pics IN HAND READY TO SHIP

Another tip if a Seller claims to have it with low feedback, no pics and won't offer overnight. Word of advice. STAY AWAY

The fact that he is not responding to people's messages got me worried.

I message him 5 times and got one response " will ship the game this week. " and that's it. At first I thought he was trying to be secretive but now it's getting just plain weird.

I still didn't get a tracking number, I have a big feeling that we got played big time.

A couple of things:

What you said isnt even completely true. Lets say he never sends the game and withdraws all of the money from his paypal account. Everybody paid through Paypal so in order for him to get paid he either has to have an checking account linked to his account. If there is a fraud action, his bank is notified and a hold is placed on his account.

Lets say somehow he is able to take all that money out of his bank account before the fraud actions begin...any subsequent money that goes to that account will be taken from his account and paid to paypal.

The only way he "gets away with this" is if he never uses that bank account again. Even if that happens.....who cares?

I'm getting my money back and I dont care where it comes from. It costs me nothing to take a chance that this guy will ship the game this week. If he doesnt, I get my 70 bucks back. No harm, no foul for me.

No one has a tracking number yet because he said he wouldnt ship the games until later this week. I dont know why that fact would have you worried. What should have you worried is the lack of pics and his negative feedback.

I asked him if he was shipping tomorrow (today) last night and he said "Yes"

If I don't get a tracking number, no big deal. I cancel.

With EBay/Paypal I'm protected. I'm not worried about getting completely scammed because there's literally no way he can do that to this many people. Worse case scenario for me is if he ships late and I get the game next week.

I'm assuming that is a normal guy with a job and if so he will likely go to this post office to ship the game on his lunch break. That's what my wife, who sells a ton of stuff on eBay does anyway. If I don't have a tracking number by the end of the day, then that's cause for some concern, but I'm not really that worried about it either way.
