He never told me he would ship it later this week . Dude think about it , he is telling everyone different stories. He told me he would ship it this week ,then he told another user , it would be shipped this morning and then it said Thursday .

Why is he changing his story ?

Also I ship games on eBay all the time , it's extremely easy to ship because all you have to do is drop it in the usps mailbox and that's it because it's a small item.

Why can't he just come out and say "I don't have the game now but I will get it at this time or this day ". He is making everything more complicated then it needs to be and that's why I think it's a scam.

Actually he isnt. I recieved the same notification that everyone else did. That he will ship within 24 hrs of the payment clearing.

I dont know how we got played. Worst case scenario, we are out 70 bucks for a few days. I'll say if losing 70 bucks for a few days is that big of a deal, you probably shouldve waited until there was a more secure seller.


I bought it with a credit card so its just a charge right now and I have multiple options to get my money back.

One other thing that is suspect is he is sending it standard shipping. If thats the case, those shipments dont have tracking numbers.

Oh no, it was shipping FedEx when it was first listed yesterday. Interesting. He's said multiple times to several people that they'd have tracking information today by the close of business, so if not, then I'll file with my CC and just get my money back. No biggie, haha. This is a drama for sure.

Exactly. I'm talking to all you guys about this but Im not worried. I really cant lose here. Either I get the game early or I get my money back and I get the game when everyone else does.

Ehh. I'd pay 100 for it if I could get it tomorrow or Thursday. I have no problem paying more for a game that I know I will be playing well into next summer.

Am not stressing

When I said we got played I meant we thought we would get the game early. Also I paid using my credit card just in case it was a scam ,so I am covered if anything goes down as well.

Hopefully he is a good dude and he does come though and ship the game early, if not it was a lesson for me to be more patient and use better judgement next time.
