This ebay guy doesn't seem like he has the game at all. I was suspicious but also took the plunge yesterday. He didn't respond to any messages except to say that "Packages will start shipping tomorrow." I did ask if he had the game on hand.

Packages will "start" shipping? Sounds suspect... the only reason I ordered this was to get it earlier. No point to it if he's gonna mail something by 3 day mail on Wed or Thurs. He has some suspect feedback as a seller and I get the impression that this is not a store selling product, but an individual. So, going from 8 copies of this exclusive new item that very few have right now, to an additional 10+ the next day seems very interesting. The guy even in the re-list does not have a legit photo of product he can put up. Looks like he snatched that up off the internet.

I have already requested to cancel and he has not responded. I get the feeling this dude is biding time till these payments go thru. On his feedback, some time ago a person mentioned that his Paypal account was suspended and he refused to grant a refund. Sounds like this guys running a hustle.

I hope I'm wrong, but will let u guys know if he cancels the order. At least that would be a good sign.

I havent looked at listing but from my ebay experience and what u guys are saying, This guy doesn't have the game at all.. we made Peterson show a pic with his name just to keep his thread open bcus we didn't believe he had the game. This guy has no proof at all he has game and ppl are buying it bcus there's paypal protection

My thing is that the game comes out in a week and everyone who has paid this guy is expecting to get game by Friday. Now if he is scamming u prob won't get your money back for a few weeks and have to file a claim and wait for him to respond. By that time u all would have to buy the game again on Oct 7 and still wait for refund


To me it's not worth the headache but to each is own. I hope he does have game bcuz it gives me more info before release from you guys. Just be careful and don't go searching for this guys address lol

From checking eBay none of the listings have actual pics of the game, just stock photos. And most of the sellers told me they won't be shipping until release day.

The FL guy messaged me back and said "All games will be shipped 24 hours after payment. Thanks in advance." So if u bought the game yesterday which most people did they should be getting a tracking number today or hopefully tomorrow.

He just sent me this after I asked will it ship today. I also asked him to cancel.

ALL Games are presently in house and prepared to ship upon confirmation of cleared payment. Our time line to ship is 24 hours after payment received. Thank you for your interest.
