Surely he wouldn't risk mail fraud charges by actually providing false tracking would he? It's one thing to scam someone on eBay, another to attempt mail fraud (not delivering a package, providing false packing info, etc)

I'll see how it plays out.

For the record a lot of us had a similar experience with a eBayer with Madden 15. The big difference was that he wanted to invoice through Pay Pal so he could avoid the eBay fees. I ended up getting too paranoid and didn't go through with it, but the guys who did got their copies.

I'm not really worried yet, if he doesn't come through with a tracking number today as he promised, then I'll start getting concerned... but I don't really have a problem with the stock answers he's giving.

No one has a tracking number yet because he said he wouldnt ship the games until later this week. I dont know why that fact would have you worried. What should have you worried is the lack of pics and his negative feedback.

He never told me he would ship it later this week . Dude think about it , he is telling everyone different stories. He told me he would ship it this week ,then he told another user , it would be shipped this morning and then it said Thursday .

Why is he changing his story ?

Also I ship games on eBay all the time , it's extremely easy to ship because all you have to do is drop it in the usps mailbox and that's it because it's a small item.

Why can't he just come out and say "I don't have the game now but I will get it at this time or this day ". He is making everything more complicated then it needs to be and that's why I think it's a scam.

One other thing that is suspect is he is sending it standard shipping. If thats the case, those shipments dont have tracking numbers.
