Holy Mama, 620vc in the second season? My highest are 391vc. I guess I'm underpaid... no I KNOW I'm underpaid lol

Is it worth upgrading PnR Maestro to gold? Anyone noticed significant changes?
And what is the "Big 3" thing?

Significant changes for you, yes; significant changes for the screener, no.

If you come around the pick and use it to make space for a jumper, it significantly boosts your chances of scoring from the top of the key inwards.

If you use it to pass back to the rolling screener, the lane will, nine times out of ten, be congested and the screener will put up a contested shot that usually misses.

So it depends what you want out of pick & roll.

Has anyone gotten posterizer as a center, i'm having really hard time to get my player going for dunks. Only time he tries to dunk if hes totally alone and no defender anywhere nere me. Ive maxed the athlete category, but i never ever does a standing dunk, and never ever tries to dunk, usually does a strange lay up instead, would be nice that he tries to dunk when coming with speed and a small defender tries to stop me.
At first i thought my controller was bugged , but in practice mode he dunks like crazy from all kinds of angles

Have you chosen your 15 dunks from the animation section? If you haven't, it doesn't matter what rating your player is -- all he'll do is lay-ups.

I've now played 51 games in MC, out of the possible 67, and from those 16 I simed most of them were at the end of my rookie year when I really wanted to just go to another team and away from the Bucks (only simed 3 in 2nd season). In those 51 games I played I bumped my overall to 79, I'm about to sign a deal with Sprite, already signed it with State Farm, still waiting on a shoe deal, and I'm in January. And I unlocked 17 badges, spin king and transition finisher most recently. My stats are 24 pts, 13 ast, 6 reb, 3 stl, 1.5 blk, 4 TO (all-star). Could have more rebounds, but I decided not to crash the boards if my teammates are in good positions to rebound, was just too unrealistic to keep makin triple doubles, have 8 so far. So based on my numbers and the fact that I played 50+ games, I really expected to get a shoe deal already, hopefully I'm close now with Sprite in the bag. Still undecided who to pick when the time comes.

Can't wait for the playoffs, my Pistons are on track to make it.

Yeah about such things, I was thinking, maybe when you first threw a lob pass, the game starts counting...like for example, from that point on, if you manage to successfully throw a lob pass X amount of times in Y amount of games, you unlock the badge. So maybe you did it enough times already, but not enough number of games passed yet, and even though you haven't done it in the last game, it triggered the badge.

Just a theory I have.

How the hell do you do hard fouls? Does he mean intentional fouls?

I'm currently in my second season as a PG and enjoying it on OKC with Durant and Westbrook, they can actually shoot well, most of the time.

My rookie season was abit of a nightmare on the Kings, we barely won a game and my teammates were all completely useless, most seem to have had a similar experience.

I'd definitely recommend OKC even as a point guard, i took the risk that Westbrook would switch to SG. The team regularly shoots above 50% and we put up over 100 pretty much every game(12 min qtrs). As my teammates are pretty good i don't have to try to take over every game so its alot more realistic, allowing Westbrook and Durant to take plenty of shots.

I'm currently averaging 23.6 PPG, 8.9 APG, 8.1 RPG, 2.8 TOPG, 55% FG%, 41% 3PT%. The team is currently 29-8, top of the west in mid January.

I hated the mode in my rookie season but now i have teammates that aren't complete morons its actually alot of fun to play this year.

HUGE co-sign on switching to the Thunder, particularly that second year with Doc Rivers. He regularly calls fast breaks, which, as a Center with a few ranks in the ball control stats, becomes a thing of beauty. Grab the rebound, pass to Jeremy Lamb streaking a touch past mid-court, who passes to Durant to finish...

I'm currently 8-0, and trying out playing every game to get badges. Running the plays makes a huge difference - I'm around 18 pts, 18 reb, 5 blocks a game, and Durant has yet to have less than a 25 point game.

I could stand to lose Westbrook, if we could get a better ball distributor PG that doesn't take every shot he could possibly see. I do miss having Jrue Holiday from that rookie Pelicans season...

Honestly, volume shooter isnt as bad as I thought it would be. I've only gone cold once from not taking shots and I hadn't shot for about 4 mins. I upgraded it to gold, and honestly kinda like the badge now. It takes a full quarter of absolutely no shots to go cold, and the whole get hot even while missing thing is actually useful.

Still would have preferred microwave, but hey make do with what you got.

Yes. I posted this in the badge thread but I'll say it here too. For anybody just grinding for badges, play on rookie/casual. Vc gets cut but makes dunking, stealing etc. much easier.

Anyone else having trouble getting assists? I'm a PG, and I just finished my second game starting with 24 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists. 5 assists isn't too bad, but I also ended up getting 5 turnovers. It doesn't help that my team, the Hornets, are full of players who can't shoot and Big Al is out. Hopefully as I upgrade my player a bit and I get more minutes, my assists will go up and my turnovers will go down.

This is my exact problem with even less assists.

Anyone notice all these players on the perimeter who have no *** **** reason being there? Like Michael Kidd Gilchrist or w/e his name is has to be the worst teammate I've ever had in a video game. He's always on the perimeter, never shoots wide open, and always misses his contested shots.

I have got to get out of Charlotte.

I had a sick Around The World contest against Greivis Vasquez. We went at it for like 10 minutes. He finally beat me. Coach was pissed at the whole team after for some reason. I was quite confused to say the least.
