More I play this mode the more I am disappointed with it. So many simple things that seem to be completely thrown on the floor or overlooked entirely.

Why is my 65 ranked PF starting over NeNe & getting 30+ min per game?

League news, transactions, injury updates etc...good luck scrolling through "twitter".

Having no ability to view rosters during FA. You basically just choose the team without knowing who is on the team. Or when a cut scene of a player trying to recruit you..cool but what team is he on??

Like I said, tried to like it but it is just half assed

Omg you are the second guy i read that says Howard leaves the Rockets, damn it! i'm in Houston too.

At least i already signed only two years so if he leaves im leaving too at the end of the next season.

If I had known D12 was leaving Houston I would have signed somewhere else.

But as soon as you win the championship, it takes you right into a series of unskippable free agency cutscenes. And you don't get to see any of teams' rosters when you're choosing where to sign.

I don't understand why it's designed this way. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of scrub centers/power forwards for the next 3 years.

I might as well just turn the dificulty down to Rookie casual and play for badges now, since I don't have a good enough team to win on Superstar sim anymore.

Has anybody ever made the playoffs in the first season of mycareer. If so is it as cheesy for you as it was for me?

I did in Phoenix. With like a 35 win team. Got swept by the eventual champs, but surprisingly all 4 of the games were close until the final couple minutes.

Also that ejection storyline is funny. The PR lady so wants to jump you ("you got my back?" "when?") and the assistant coach is such an *******. I purposely choose the option that will piss him off the most.

I made it with the Pelicans, but the game is so cheesed in your first season it's incredible. We were on a winning streak and 6th with Houston 7th and one game behind Dallas. 5 games left and Phoenix and Memphis right behind everyone else. Just needed one win to make sure, we never got it, but miracolously Phoenix and the Grizz lost all their games, like us. Got handed down to 8th and had to face the Thunder, got swept. I think by cheesy he means that is how it has to be in your first season, the game is basically designed that way which you can see in all the sequences. Guys who cheesed their way to a Ring in their first season basically complain about that as well.

Btw. I'm pissed now, got State Farm B but still no Sprint or Gatorade or Shoes so I believe this is connected and sent 2ksupport a request for help. I paid good money for this game and I can't be asked to continue playing all the games. I played 98 games in my career since the game came out, never simed once and still got 20 left but I feel that unless I get those friggin endorsements to get some off the ball action sequences going I won't be able to motivate myself any more because it's just getting to the point where it's a grind, even though playing with Russel and KD is awesome.

I agree completely. Some of us don't have time to play 50, 60, 90+ games JUST to be able to wear real shoes. After that many games playing, it's not even fun anymore for me. I'd like to be able to play a few, sim a few, etc. This is ridiculous. At least give us the option to pay more VC for Nike or Adidas shoes until we get a shoe deal, then we get them for free. Or only have a limited amount of options until we get the deal. Or even better- let us wear any shoes we want from the start, and once we get a deal we get ****loads of VC per game/year, like an actual endorsement. That's better than playing 98 games only to have no idea when you'll actually get a deal (if it's not glitches and that deal actually comes). How hard is that, 2k?

Has anyone played as a SG on Cleveland yet? Curious if there are similar issues with Lebron and company missing open shots and playing well below real life ability? I'm currently playing with OKC and KD barely even shoots.

On mine, LeBron can't hit wide open 3s to save his life, and my team chemistry is in the mid-high 80s. If I had to guess his 3pt percentage, I'd say about 15-20%. That's the only thing I can think about off the top of my head.

87 PG in their 2019 season? Nice! It's refreshing to see someone actually build their player through grinding the games without buying VC. I salute you sir.

I just started my 2nd year and I'm a 72 OVR. I started at 64 lol.

Dude, I'm in my sophomore season and about 15 games in, and I'm an 83 overall SG. I didn't buy any VC either. What difficulty do you play on?

I've read that that team up for a big 3 thing doesn't mean anything until your 3rd season when you get to pick who you want to team up with.

Just put up back-to-back Triple Doubles with my PG for the Magic. We lost both games though:

29 pts, 10 rebs, 10 ast | vs Dallas

17 pts, 13 rebs, 10 ast | vs Portland

I also had an interesting cutscene during the Portland game. Oladipo when up for a layup and Robin Lopez fouled him hard. I ran up to Lopez and started yelling at him Channing Frye (my mentor) came up to me and told me to chill before i get kicked out the game. I ended up chilling because i was already so close to the Triple Double. Anyone else get a cutscene similar to mine?
