Thinking about Simming my 3rd season so I can choose to start a big 3 on my 4th season. Any advantages/disadvantages to doing this?

Just dropped the Nuggets 97-88, dropped 39/8/7 while Paul George gave 20 points and 10 Rebs. We're officially on a 3 game win streak and I'm definitely looking to push it further.

Side note, 8 min quarters are nice.

Also, I'm on my 31st game currently, meaning hopefully only 29 more before the endorsement.

I noticed this happens a whole lot this year, especially compared to previous years. I think they did this intentionally to stop all those shots over the backboard from going in. Not sure about you, but in 2k14 the cpu would always make ridiculous shots from behind the backboard on me. But I haven't seen it once this year.

They did make those.. while my teammates always missed those when Pekovic hits the side of the board 3 times in one game it gets frustrating.. he still barely shooting 40% in my second season

After beating Utah.. we (Wolves) already get our third crack at OKC.. gonna play it tonight even though I have to be up at 6 AM. Westbrook has a 1-2 week broken nose.. yet his OVR is at 88 and his game hasn't changed.

The last 7 OKC games in this 'season' scare me. 100+ each time.. 6-1 record 117-111 over Portland, 131-101 over Clippers, 122-111 over Clippers, lost 107-113 to Bulls, beat Golden State 150-104 (yep) beat Pelicans 104-103 and they beat Denver 121-81.. so 2 games by 40 points and a 30 point win in there.. Durant's only game UNDER 30 pts in that 7 game span was 28, and he had 48 in the 150 point game, 39 in two others and a 36, a 35, and a 32. I'm in trouble in THIS one.

Odd stat.. Kendrick Perkins isn't doing anything for OKC in my second season with the Wolves and his minutes are way down

Down 2 vs OKC.. sub out.. down 9 (was 11 but Kevin Martin hit a last second jumper).. I was slowing the game down all I could to keep them from running up the score.. sub out and so much for that. OKC shot 74% (17 of 23) in the first quarter.. wtf.. now they're on pace for 144 pts with 36 in the first quarter

While I knew we couldn't beat OKC.. I was hoping the Westbrook broken nose injury report actually meant he wouldn't be the BEST player in 2K for once.. he's 9 of 13 and Durant is 8 of 11.. they're shooting 65% as a team.. I'll struggle to get my 10 rebounds in this one. Against OKC I'm back to missing put-backs when wide open.. closest defender on the OTHER side of the rim.. I rebound.. move across 2 steps and throw the ball too hard and have it roll across the rim.. even missed a fast break 2 on 1 layup because the guy must have yelled 'Boo' or something.. yes I know NBA players once in a while even the best, miss a layup or shot..but this gets bad when you miss 3 of them with no contact etc

OKC still shooting 61% after 3 quarters.. up 97-84.. they've made 11 more baskets than we have in the same 70 shot attempts.. only reason it's not a 20+ game is we have 10 more free throws.. OKC has 21 fast break points to our 4.. since my Wolves players NEVER fast break.. no matter what I try to do they stop and stand around.

What a joke.. we had 6 guys in double figure scoring..and scored exactly 100.. of course OKC scored 126 .. I missed at least 5 layups.. it was as bad as the ROOKIE year.. I know.. you can't beat OKC most of the time in 2K.. but when you have NO chance from the first time you sub out.. I actually cut it to 8 points in the third once.. then became a turnover machine.. I threw 2 passes off Westbrook's back throwing them to LaVine.. how? I haven't a clue.. next thing I know they're up 16 again.

I love how it seems.. 2K picks a quarter and says.. your team sucks this quarter.. you will shoot 32% in it and the other team will be over 50% happens in EVERY SINGLE LOSS. This time it was the 4th, when we couldn't catch up anyway so OKC built the lead more and more. In the third WE shot 50% and 4 of 5 from 3's. yet OKC still shot 55% and 60% from 3's themselves..

Team is now 4-14 and team chemistry is 91%

Lol you'd think with both Wiggins and LaVine you guys would be monsters on the break. It's the opposite for me, as for a team that's suppose to play a pretty slow tempo, the Pacers LOVE to get out and run, so much so that me and David West are the only ones who stay back to get defensive boards.

Not really complaining because it's more positive than negative but hey, that's 2k logic for ya. Only advice I can think to give is to just get the ball and run the break yourself, but I'm 90% positive you're doing that already.

It's like they're stuck in Rubio mode.. Rubio my rookie year was a joke.. always a directive to fast break from whoever took over when Flip was fired.. Rubio would actually stop at the 3 point line on EVERY break..and hold the ball.. we never got easy hoops.. now we'll get 6-8 points from it at most.. even when I bring it up.. usually a big man checks me at the free throw line and I get doubled it seems.. pass to whoever is open with me and they throw it back to the top and reset

All they do is jump shoot.. our TEAM shooting % is 22nd best .. 44% .. so few dunks and layups made it's just BAD.. yet the team doesn't even shoot 30% from 3's.. so it's all mid-range jumpers.. 77% free throws is even funnier.. because I am shooting 88% myself and I've shot 3 times more than ANYONE on the team..

First all-star voting is out and I'm 7th in backcourt right now behind all of the usual suspects.. probably WON'T make the all-star team with the stacked west.. even with 26 ppg and 16 boards 6.6 assists because of Curry, Paul, Westbrook, Harden, Lillard, and Bryant ahead of me in votes

Just noticed my 'Morale' is "Heated".. I'd be heated too with those numbers and a 4-14 record

So question your second year in the league on a new team during all star weekend you don't get to play in the rising star challenge cause I don't see it coming up. Do you get the chance to play in the rising star challenge in your second year on your new team? Anyone know?

Yes, if you're playing well, you'll get a cut scene with your coach telling you that you'll participate during all-star weekend.

Yes, i've played Rising Star, 3 contest, dunk contest and all star in my second season

Is it possible to get custom shoes you make to save when you equip them?. Everytime I try to equip and play a game I still be having on those ugly generic shoes. But the nike shoes I made would save but not the other ones I custom.

On the Kings, we're about 18-34 in my second season. On a one year deal so I get to leave or re-sign after this year, I very well may re-sign seeing to it that next year we will still have Stauskas, Cousins, McLemore, Alfredo Cobb (rookie in the 2nd year, currently leading RoTY voting), I think Rudy Gay, Darren Collison, and Kevin Seraphin.
