Not 2Ks fault. PSN and XBL are down all over the place supposedly due to hackers. I can't even connect to PSN to play 2K, UFC or DAI.

Yeah, the minutes thing get a little annoying, especially when they put you in there with end of the rotation guys that are low to mid 60s and they expect you to do everything. I lead the team in minutes(36.7) and we have a 17.6 point differential, so that means I'm still playing during blowouts.

I also lead the them in assists with 9.6, although I only take about 16 shots a game and my Walker(PG) averages 7.3.

My possessions per 48 is up to 26.4, but my usage rate is 38.6.

Ima start limiting the shot I take to about 15-25. The reason is because I want to get my team more involved in the game.

I got two questions guys.
Can your my player reach 99 rating in any category?
And how soon you get badges? I do flashy passes and i got flashy passer in 3-4 games. Pet move badge in just 1 game. And p/r maestro badge in 3 game. But what about dribbling badges? Every game i have 8-10 'double move leading to score' thing and so more but don't get dribbling badges?
What you need to do actually for badges? Some you get normally and most of them just don't come.

How do people deal with double teams? I can't double anyone, but they just start to move towards me and I'm already backing down protecting the ball. They'll react like the Flash when I try to pass it out, and I can't dribble cause I pick the ball up when they double. Guaranteed TO?

My problem was once doubled (about every OTHER possession now).. if I tried to pass my guy would jump and throw it into the stands.. for whatever reason it happened all the time.. so now if I even SEE a guy coming I get rid of the ball.... my 6'5 SG can't win a jump so no reason to even TRY that route.

I think they fixed part of the passing out of a double in the patch.. didn't happen the last 3 games but it sure happened before..

It's tied in to playmaking, once that's in a decent level atleast you should see less really stupid mishaps.

What I've noticed so far with a maxed out playmaker is that you really get on shot to split the double team by dribbling. If you can't get away after you first try to and they gaurd you up again, your player is gonna pick up the ball no matter what you do. Now it's safe to only pass it to the closest guy to you whether he's the one open or not cause any other pass is likely to be a turnover.

Basically, I just do whatever I can the first time the double comes to break free, and if they catch me up a second time try to get rid of it as quickly as possible. I would complain that doubles are to hard but in real life players struggle mightily with them too, so I don't mind.

I don't mind as well, but it's not happening the same way when I double. They can just walk out/pass out like it's nothing. That's why I'm so frustrated.

Mine plays about 36 mpg with 12 min quarters. The method I used to counter the ridiculous amount of minutes in 2k14 was to get a quick intentional foul once a quarter depending on how the game was going, but on here that method doesn't work so I'll get 2 quick fouls in the 1st and the CPU will sit me for the rest of the quarter. That with the break I get in the middle of the 3rd keeps me at around 28 minutes in big wins instead of 36 and around 40 in closer games.

Problem for me too, have to get fouls in order to get subbed. Wish there were just an option to ask for a sub out.

You don't get dribble badges from doing double move score. Silly that you will think that. You get dribble move badges like Petmove Sizeup, Killer Crossover, Stepback Freeze, Hesitation Stunner, and more from performing those dribbles over and over in a game. You got Petmove Sizeup that way.

You could earn all the badges naturally. I earned nearly all my badges but 2 from playing the game naturally. I have 22 so far. If you need help with badges then check out the 1st badge thread. They can help you get most of the badges.

Do your teammates score a good amount of points? I'm thinking of doing this with my SG to get CP3 and Blake more into the game and to get less minutes.

Jefferson averages 20 on the season and his season high is 39(29 in simmed game). Stephenson averages 14 with a season high of 29(simmed game). Walker, before he got hurt, was averaging 14 and had a season high of 26(23 in a simmed game). Zeller averages 9. MKG averages 11. Hairston averages 6. Henderson averages 8. Vonleh averages 4. All in all we get decent production.

I'm pretty sure if I do it this way then CP3 and Blake can get up to 20 PPG and Jamal and Deandre 10+ ppg. Do you foul out in the beginning of the quarter or no?

Usually yeah. That way I'm not pissed if my teammates give up a big lead or something. It also helps my teammates get going for when I come back in the game. This strategy can bite you though. A few times I've come back in and the CPU has had 15-20 point leads that no matter how well I played I couldn't overcome them.
