Welp, thanks to school I won't be playing 2k for a couple weeks, I keep my PS4 with my brother so I won't be tempted to play instead of study. By the time I get to play again I'll have about 30k VC saved up to put towards my PG with the Jazz.

Why is it that the cpu still makes the majority of its contested layups, that includes layups where they get bodied up by the defender. Whether its a big or a guard they make a large amount of them. Yet when the starting center on my knicks team who is 7'2 and 250+ lbs is slightly nudged at the rim by a guard, he completely bricks the layup. i also wanna know why whenever there is a loose ball, or a rebound gets fumbled, your team stands around looking at it while the cpu opponent is the first to react. Even if its the opponent who caused the ball to fumble around, they still get to it first. Its so annoying.

Also, is it just me, or is everyones team completely inept on the defensive end. I swear with all the cheese, the biggest reason i lose is because my team wont play defense. They completely lose there matchups, and they cant keep their man in front of them, and they DO NOT play help defense, plus they tend to sag off good shooters too much.

The loose balls and amount of contested shots that go in Really Don't make any sense to me . The trajectory of the ball is weird and unrealistic and players react Slow or unresponsive

I also play on Superstar/Sim shoot 82% , always have a triple-double, most of the time a quad-double due to steals. 56.1 points, 19.1 assists, 9.8 rebounds and 13 steals...

You are a basketball god/goddess compared to me. I am at 25pts, 12 rebounds, 12 assists and 3 steals a game right now.

I gotta share my last game with everyone. It is my 2k15 game of the year so far. It was our first rematch against the Warriors since they trounced us in the play-offs last year. At home in our Sunday whites (worn on Sundays for Lakers and only alt uniform enabled in CM).

Kobe had 50 pts this game. He went 19-21 and 6-6 3pt range. Not only that, but both Nick Young and I had 20+ pts and Hill and Randle had 10+. But the Warriors were ahead at the 20 second mark. So, I thought I was going to lose. We were inbounding the ball, and 99% of the time Young would get the ball in to me - this time, Kobe demanded the ball, took it, sprinted up court, drove hard against both Stephan Curry and David Lee and then he performed a classic Kobe step-back with the game-winning dagger.

But that was not all.

After the game, Doris was interviewing me about my triple double.

Sometimes the game glitches here with a player walking into Doris and the person being interviewed. Usually, I roll my eyes at this and move on. But this time it was different.

This time it was Kobe who it glitched into us, and it kept him in front in such a way as it seemed he was photobombing the interview - with his mean after-game Kobe face.

Perfect ending to an amazing game.

It was just one of those moments you can't replicate ever again if you tried.

5 games into my 2nd season with my PG, I have able to control my turnovers when I am trying too. We(Kings) are 2-3. Me, Cousins, and Gay is averaging over 21+ppg. Stauskas got injured few games into my career and has been out ever since. He is projected to be out for another 1-2 months. He progressed well, so looking forward to playing with him. Especially since I have Dimer now.
The main reason we lose games is because of my shooting. I cant shoot to save my life. I am averaging 41% from the field. I even reduced the amount of attempts I take, and still shoot poorly. I have good ratings 88 Out side shot, but still cant shoot. I am 1-11 from 3pt this season. I take mostly high percentage shots, but I get cold quick. I don't want to lower the difficulty. I even changed shots. It seems like if I don't get a perfect timing, I miss it. I really need a good shooting badge to help. But, doubt I can get Microwave or Deadeye.

Microwave is easy to get. All you need to do is get the double rings on offense atleast once for 6-8 games in a row and it should unlock for you. It a lot easier if you have a floor general on the court, so you get hot faster.

Deadeye is one of the longest badge to get so it would take you a while if you don't grind it. But you need to shoot a bunch of contested shots for it.

If you need help with other badges just go over to the 1st badge thread or check on YouTube.

We all struggle with our shooting. This is why I tend to drive more instead of shoot.

Had the worst game of my career so far but at the same time got my career high in rebounding. I shot 9-25 from the field and 0-4 from 3. Ended up with 22 points, 19 rebounds(career high), 7 assist and 2 steals.

Wow, the Dunk Contest and 3-PT Shoot Contest is completely fcked up on consoles. I have 2k15 on PC and bought it again after buying a PS4 over Christmas. It's lagging like crazy on the PS4. The input lag is terrible.
I had no issues on PC though. If I had to guess it seems the contest runs with 30fps instead the normal 60 while on PC both run at 60fps.
Sometimes it even registers two presses if I just press once. Dunno what is up with that.

Yeah, happens way too often, too. Before moving on to playing as a PG, I had a 7'1" center at a level 10ish athleticism. And still, even if I got a beat on my man and got by him with only a 6'2"-6'4" guard or 6'6'ish swingman coming over to contest, if I tried to dunk it seemed like I got locked into that stupid animation pretty frequently.

Wait, I'm confused. It's probably just because I don't have my copy of 2k yet, but once we get a shoe deal, can we equip any of those brand's shoes, or is the glitch only for the custom made ones?
