How many games do you guys play and how many do you sim?

I play all home games, toughest away games(650 VC) and some tougher divisional games (475 VC). I sim the easier away games(350 VC)and some divisional games where I have won the season series. So I play about 65 games. With injuries, trades and things that changes though.

Anyone else experience a decrease in shooting percentages after acquiring the volume shooter badge? I had a SF with Microwave and Unfazed- and after I acquired volume shooter (inadvertently)- my percentages have dropped 10-15% on 2's and 3's.

Also- gotta say- really hating the animation they put in during Patch 3- where you drive to the rim and the ball falls out of your hand. Not blocked- just a missed shot that somehow falls out of your hands on the way to the rim.

What the attributes looking like on your C?

I started him topped out at 93 and have added three attribute updates. Got tenacious rebounder and I have nothing on Rebounder.

Wait, I'm confused. It's probably just because I don't have my copy of 2k yet, but once we get a shoe deal, can we equip any of those brand's shoes, or is the glitch only for the custom made ones?

Unless you had a pair of name brand shoes on before the patch, you are stuck with 2K shoes or if you reach the point of getting your signature shoe, you can wear those.

I don't even know what EXACTLY qualifies you for the 'Volume Shooter' badge; I got it after a 27 shot night(1st 20+ shot night in 17 games). My shooting numbers haven't dropped that significantly, but they have dropped by about 3-5%, ~64%(56% from 3) to ~60%(53% from 3). I generally shoot only wide open jumpers or drive off screens and I take maybe 3 3s a game. Some games I don't take jumpers and drive the lane because wide open jumpers aren't falling and the way I play I don't take a lot of shots and for this badge to be effective you have to play like Kobe.

I usually play all but I ended up simming like 10 games in my regular season plus the playoffs. It mainly because I wanted a better deal.

Ok, thanks for that. Another question, I've been off of here since 2k released, but what is the time frame of getting a shoe deal? Is it around a certain part of your second year?

If you do well, yes in the second year before the All-Star game.

Jo I have a 6'3 PG who plays for the Magic, and it totally sucks. But FA is approaching and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what team I should go to. I dont want to go to a completely dominant team, but one that can get to the playoffs after a year or two and eventually win a championship.

This is the list I have:

Lakers (No PG, nothing else either, but a pretty prestigious team)
Celtics (Young Talent, no PG)
Heat (Bosh and Wade. I hate Mario Chalmbers)
Knicks (Melo, MSG, JR and Shumpert)
Rockets (Harden and Howard. At least Howard isnt blind like Vukewitch)

And thats mostly it. Do you guys have any suggerstions or recommendations??? Thanks

Dont go to the knicks, i went there and they are garbage. Plus melo stays hurt, he broke his ankle twice in a 2month period. All of those player except shumpert have the defensive iq of a 1st grader. I actually just put in to be traded to the mavs because this knicks team is inept in every way shape and form. With melo out i havent been able to carry our team(all of our losses have been by a few points, since melo has been gone), and tho it is largely the cpu's fault why we lose, lack of talent has been a big issue.

I'm 17-10 with the Grizzlies now. Where 5th in the west for our record. I'm second behind KD for All-star Voting and I'm having a great season.

I was planning on leaving them in my 3rd season for a team that wants me the most. I was wondering if I would earn more VC if I got traded because I earn 269-596 per game the middle I earn is somewhere in the 400. I want to get A contract that is above 600.
