I thought it was a big deal that it was taken out, but then realized that 90% of the time I'm just hitting the X button to skip it and get back for the 3rd qtr anyway. I don't think this really makes a big difference, atleast to me. But to each his own, I'm also one of the guys petitioning for headband and sock and shoe choices for home/away lol.

I was kinda surprised to see the halftime show being stripped down this year, but i'm not gonna get to upset about it too much. Now next year hopefully the team can take presentation beyond what NFL 2k5 did 10 years ago and use to the power of these new consoles.

I be honest I be upset too but at least we get shaq and Erine Johnson as commentary and we don't know yet what was added for presentation so I see tomorrow when the game comes out,to pass out any judgement.

Please don't belittle something that's important to us just because it's not important to you. Do you make the same kind of comments in threads about headbands? Having a good halftime show is important to me. I'm a cpu vs cpu player that enjoys building a team and staff and watching the games play out. With that, I want the best presentation possible. And in 2014, especially coming from 2K, I expect a good halftime show - something that should be standard by now.

Maybe people would not button past the halftime show if it were good. Sad they removed it completely but it does get old quick...not as quick as the pre-game stuff though.

and the halftime show could disappear and be replaced with a weekly wrap-up show...or nightly wrap up show...that would be sweet...for your whole league.

First of all homeboy you dont know me, and im not againt having a halftime show. Im the one who told LD2K people wanted a more in depth one to not button through it.

Secondly you need to take a step back you dont even have the freaking game, and you're on these boards complaining to no end.

I hope you dont really think you're smarter than the devs at 2k and they dont know what theyre doing. It might be in the plans to improve it massively in 16 when they get a full year and furthermore

You came in here. Everyone has an opinion, of course. Never said anyone had to agree with me. Where you got all this from me telling you why it was important to me, I have no idea.

Man...now that I've played multiple games in the final game, that poor stripped down halftime show with no highlights just kills me inside. Major step back in presentation, especially considering that "awesome" new pregame show doesn't trigger for every game. I've played six games so far, 3 in MyGM and 3 in MyLeague, and I still haven't seen the pregame show yet...

So not only is halftime a joke now, but that new pregame show rarely even triggers. Meaning the presentation aspects this year have me completely underwhelmed.

Let me explain something to you

1. LD2K has already seen people's requests.

2. This is not 2K support this is Operation Sports

3. Stop coming here trying to police the thread and telling people how to post

4. Mods are not at YOUR beck and call

5. Quit acting like this thread is super special because it brings up an issue that YOU have right now.

6. Since LD2K has seen the requests I could easily lock it now because there is nothing more you can say to him.

So you either get back on topic or #6 will be the results and as I said if I didnt think its a game killer like YOU do this year don't decide to come after me then act like an innocent when I respond. Im done after this because I said what I needed to.
