Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
I would suggest a few players. Javale Mcgee is a good offensive/defensive rebounder that cleans boards and puts it back up, but are you willing to take his contract though? I wouldn't say Drummond is realistic at all. Nikola Vucevic is a good rebounder, but he isn't that realistic either. My suggestion would be to wait until free agency to pick a good rebounder up.
Thanks for the tip, I'll wait til fa!

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Hows this?
Raptors receive:
Paul Millsap
Kyle Korver
John Jenkins
Hawks receive:
Amir Johnson (7 mil expiring)
Lou Williams (5.45 mil expiring)
Either Bruno Cabolco or Chuck Hayes (5.9 mil expiring), or Fields (8.5 mil expiring)
2017 1st round pick
That fair? realistic?Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Wouldn't even consider it. Bucks are in full rebuild. It's not a win now mentality here. Giannis is rapidly improving and is still just 19. A 28 PG on a rebuilding team doesn't appeal for such a very versatile and gifted project whom can already play some quality minutes.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Fair maybe. Realistic? No. They just traded Lou Williams. WHy would they trade to get him back? Caboclo is very raw. Hayes is an old undersized 4 that plays the 5. And Amir Johnson has basically no more upside and has solidified himself as a 8-10 point 6-8 rebound kind of guy. And P Pat will start over him. You're getting back a young upside guard, one of the best pure shooting specialists in the NBA, and one of the top power forwards. The Hawks are content to be stuck in mediocrity. They like what they have and seem to think that they can be a top seed this season. I don't see how this is realistic. Come trade deadline if they're out of the playoff picture then I think it would be more realistic.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
How does this sound.
BOS Receive: JaVale McGee, Quincy Miller, Darrell Arthur
DEN Receive: Marcus Thornton, Victor Faverani, Joel Anthony
Give the Nuggets some cap relief, gives me the Big C I need.
Otherwise I was looking at trying to pry Plumlee away from the Nets or The Big French C from the Pacers, was looking at giving them Thornton for him and a filler.
I am still thinking about moving Rondo but more at the deadline, or trying to resign him and start him, and Smart with Bradley coming off the bench.

Also don't call Jenkins a upside guy, he's not a good player at best in his prime he's a specialist and that's not something any team cares about trading...that makes your point invalid. Thanks for the help though!Last edited by Cf3411; 10-30-2014, 02:34 PM.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Well considering that Millsap will leave in FA and this is all about getting cap space for ATL. They're sick of being the 8 seed they actually want a star I think its realistic personally. I wouldn't be surprised if Horford and Millsap are both dealt this year. Also they obviously wouldn't take these guys on to win now, not every trade is going to do that. Actually in 95% of trades giving up a good player you get youth and expiring deals and picks. This trade has all that so whats unrealistic about it? Maybe Low Williams? Fine I can switch him out for another expiring deal.

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Unrealistic IMO didn't they just trade Lou? Why would they trade back? Also those are 3 mediocre players the hawks will receive. While the Raptors will receive a young point guard, a top 5 3 point shooter, and a star in the league with that trade. Unfair and Unrealistic.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 Trade Discussion Thread
Getting Lou back is unrealistic. And I just don't know that Atlanta wants to deal those big men. They didn't mention anything about that. They weren't shopping them this off season. So I don't see how you know that they want to move them. As far as I can tell, after last season, they think Teague is on the verge of stardom and want to give him this season to show it alongside Horford and Millsap. Which is why I say that if they're out of the playoff picture at the deadline it's far more realistic. Jenkins is 23, he still has time to develop. That's all I meant.Comment
