Hi,
I'm a PC player and I can confirm that games don't register.
Even after 2 patched, of course I mailed 2K to report this (still waiting for an answer).
We're about to launch a french online league and the best solution I found is to ask players to "freeze" the 10 last seconds.
So the last quarter will lengh 7"50 instead of 8".
If the game is really close the trailing player can take the last chance shot before 7"50.
If you have better solution I will read it carefully. Thanks.

This is ridiculous! After the patch the games and stats are still not registering. 2k just silently killed online Leagues all together, AGAIN. I am assuming there servers are unable to handle online Leagues. The same thing happened in 14 and was never fixed. another year with no leaks. The replay value of this game is just dropped to the bottom shelf. Guess we will have to go to NBA Live for the leagues.

For the 2nd time in this same thread... Live doesn't have online leagues.

I spoke too soon on games registering. It seems like it's hit or miss, mostly miss. This sucks

Games aren't registering unfortunately but the custom roster feature is legit and working flawlessly. We are using it for customizing each teams playbooks and for allocating free agents. Have tested it and it even saves your settings and POEs. Also online has been stabilized with little to no input lag and virtually no disconnects. If only the games would register, OLs could really be salvaged. In the mean time we have the quitting before buzzer workaround which is a pain but tolerable considering the custom rosters are flawlessly working.

The gameplay on HOF is so balanced and sim this year that I'm willing to overlook the barebones lgs. Once you set your playbook and use the vast defensive and offensive POE settings, the skill level becomes apparent between users that have it and those that don't. Best gameplay ever in the series, worst Online league infrastructure ever in the series...lol.

So after the buzzer it is possible that the game doesn't register in the league stats? So I understand with this that the loser has always to leave before the game ends basically to make it work properly.

Has 2k even addressed the online league games not registering issue? Not sure if we can get league members to buy into the quitting method. And damnit! Why?????? ha

I submitted a ticket request with 2k on the games not registering issue. Will keep yall posted. In the mean time, we are having a blast playing. The game is buttery smooth and so clean when played online with fellow sim heads who use playbooks and strategy. How people tolerate the vermin on ranked matches is beyond me

Agreed and exactly why we need the leagues to work! The game is great and having fun, but need the league experience for competitive recorded reason. I need to bring my Lakers to the virtual promise land. hahahah

I did as well, although my response was quite troubling as they wanted me to take a video of it happening as they need video proof. So now I have to go to the trouble of recording a game for it not to register. I think the response was to A.)Make me forget it B.)Say now they have proof or C.)Prolong it even more.

It's frustrating as the majority of the conversation has gone nowhere and they keep saying how they have addressed the problems. They also talk in general terms as if they aren't reading your problem. They wanted me to create a new MyPlayer to try and fix the online league issue.... They mentioned how they fixed, The Park, My Team, Servers, etc and somehow forgot to mention Online Leagues.

Meanwhile, they preached stability and have a mode that simply doesn't record games or stats.

Or maybe they aren't understanding how you're having an issue they can't reproduce to fix. For all you know, there may be an issue where their system doesn't even know you're playing a league game at all. True or not, I would think that if you want this to be fixed, you'd do as much as you could on your end to help them get it fixed. Instead, you're reading in motives of a near minimum wage employee as justification not to provide a video of your issue. I don't get that. I believe 100% you are having the issues. In just tripping that you're balking at trying to get them fixed. But it's not just you. I'm sure someone in this thread can record the last few seconds of their game and show it not posting.

If it was: Wow. What part of "I believe 100% that you are having issues" was confusing. I refuse to play OL until it has the features it should have, as I've said WAY back in the thread. So I can't personally vouch for how or where the issue occurs. I keep hearing it's only playoff games. This implies a bigger issue. Are you actually reading posts or just here to pile on. Multiple times, you've come in to complain, going as far to say you're going to play Live instead. And multiple times, you've been told that Live doesn't have the mode at all. And you don't reply. It's like interacting with a bot. No offense, but that's how it seems.

Umm, when did I say I wasn't going to do it?? I said the responses have been generic to the point where they aren't reading my complaints. You haven't read the conversations between us. Maybe you should submit a ticket and see for yourself. The communication between 2KSupport and the consumer is very bad. I don't know how else to say that games do not register. For instance when I was having trouble connecting to servers (my original reason) their reply to my original complaint was to complete a form. However the problem is that the majority of the information they wanted me to fill out was already in my original complaint (problem, PSN, email, etc.)

I get it, the people working there probably have never picked up a 2K game in their life. Maybe it would better suit them to have customer support representatives who have an good understanding on the community and the product. Twitter was filled with people complaining about not connecting to the servers but the rep sounded as if this was a brand new problem. A simple "we are aware of the problem and are looking into it" goes a long way. It shouldn't have taken 5 messages to get to that....
