Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
Bring back tv style presentation. I have never seen up the shorts camera angle before. Someone there has a weird fetish that angle has no place in the game.
Someone from the 2k art team needs to watch a televised game to see how court reflections look like. The LED dornas are BRIGHT and should reflect off the floor.
I'd love to see the consoles have better lighting as a whole next year. Looking at the PC pics makes me so envious with how bright the players and courts look. So much more real-looking.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
another wish I have is a point guard as the cover athlete, how about Stephen Curry!...I always love when PG's are the cover athlete because they are the engine that runs things out there! 2K8 cover athlete was Chris Paul, loved that box art!Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
1. Standing dunks are terrible. You can literally be under the rim with a 7 footer and be force to lay it up.
2. Tipped passes are a disgrace, if the ball is coming right in front of me why would the player tip the ball out of bounds? Especially when he moves his arm forwards and the ball goes in another direction, this needs to be fixed.
3. Blocks are more likely on a dunk than a layup, I've never seen a block in 2k15 that was realistic, they don't block shots out of the air in any physically possible direction. Most blocks in 2k are steals that go in the upward direction or they are blocks from a dunk that is almost humanly impossible.
We need blocks that are actually realistic, the great shot blockers in the league block shots and create offense from them, the blocks in 2k15 do nothing but create loose balls that unrealistically bounce off of players.
4. Hustle plays barely exist in 2k15. Most of the ball saves in 2k15 don't need to be saved and the ones that need to be saved result in a player just running into the ball or just running towards the out of bounds line and looking at the ball. Hustle plays need to be fixed.
5. Bounce passing/Flashy Passes - I am a great passer in 2k. But sometimes I want to throw a regular bounce pass and the player just throws it right at the opposing teams ankles, this is so annoying.
6. Fans - The fans are terrible, they are not allowed and they don't react well with the game.
These are my biggest complaints, and a few things that will put 2k16 on another level.Pre-NBA 2k12 V3.0 (360)

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
We are really trying to pressure 2k on here to add new classic teams for nba 2k16 and I hope our message is getting across to 2kComment

The main thing I want is the ability to protect picks and have the real protected picks in the game. More realism.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
Bring as much of the creation suite from WWE2K15 as possible! That thing is unreal. We could finally get some great real looking tats and CAP faces on par with the rest of the game. We could easily upload ourselves (the kinect scan is really difficult) or our family and friends to the game. Draft classes and historic players would be a cinch too. There is literally no downside.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
I recently made a thread about this, but it just occurred to me I should post it here. I'm just going to copy/paste:
I would love to see a slider for user timing in the future if such a thing could be implemented. Setting all the way to 100 would give user timing maximum weight ("green releases" are 100% gimmes), while 0 would completely disable the effect altogether. If you don't want timing to hold much weight but still want the skill of timing to have some effect, set it to 25 or however you wish.
I've seen posts/threads from users upset when they miss open "green releases," and the inevitable arguments from users who feel such a thing is realistic. If implemented correctly, a slider for the effect could give everyone what they want and reduce frustration.Comment

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
I watched that Bulls vs. Blazers game last night and I will say this
- Signature floaters, Rose, Curry, Parker, Rondo, Paul have distinct floaters. I would love if they had signature floaters in a package that was more likely to happen more than some of the floaters everyone else has. Rose's floaters use to play out more in older 2K's I think 2K12. Also small little detail with Mike Conley he is sick with his floater game. He shoots his floaters with the right hand despite being left handed and he is very good with it.

Steph Curry has these underhand scoop floaters in his game very few if anyone else in the NBA uses. That is one of his signature moves. I have a feeling he will be the cover athlete in 2K16 so get them floaters in man

Sig pump fakes
Chandler Parsons has the most recognizable pump fake in the NBA. Can you add that when you motion capture. He is really the only person in the NBA that uses it.

Re: NBA 2K16 Wishlist Thread
Originally posted by GilleyBasically, you get to carry over your Franchise or Road To the Show career to the next game. You would never have to start a new MyPlayer or MyLeague, because you could just transfer them every year, but with the way VC is used in 2K, I donut they would ever do it.
I want them to be incompatible for other reasons though. For a save to be able to carry over from year to year I would imagine the mode would have to be pretty similar. If the game is stagnant and doesn't improve then I don't buy the new edition anyways.
Thanks for the explanation. I had no idea such a thing existed.Comment
