In the NBA generally high lottery players are supposed to be Starters. Top 5 picks are supposed to be Franchise changing players. Low lottery players should be potential be Starters. Mid-Late first rounders can swing wildly in either direction from role player/starter to out of the league in 4 years. 2nd rounders are projects or flawed players.

It's not to say you can't get a player of any caliber at any point in the draft but the mock draft should mirror the league's expectations. Thus a player who the league expects to be a Franchise changing player will NEVER fall out of the 1st round and most probably not out of the lottery.

I look forward to Leftos' fixes though as I'm sure it will solve this issue to a workable degree.

This is what I have been trying to emulate with my drafts. I have the draft class quality set to zero and I'm still seeing 3 or 4 players rated anywhere from 77-81. That's too high, IMO with the value that low. Not to mention these guys going mid to late 1st. I'm assuming the patch addresses where these players get picked though. But I'm hoping for lower values overall when I set the class quality that low.
