No mike, i received the wwe 2k15 patch a day or two ago. I dont think it is ms.

That's great, I have not. At least I have not to my knowledge. Is there anyway to determine if I have, I'm new to the series.

That being said, Live has not been patched on the Xbox One yet and the PS4 version has (over a week ago), therefore leading me to believe that it's a Microsoft issue. Again, I could be wrong!

Microsoft is having issues with content and patch downloads for others games. Such as call of duty and the Assasian's creed patch the came out today.

When you start chalking it up to MS, then you omit the fact that the rest of the world on PS4 doesn't have it either. Obviously we can't blame Micro$oft for that.

So then we chalking it up to MS and Sony outside of the USA? starts to become a bit of a stretch.

Normally there is a red asterix on the profile pic of the game if it needs an update the size is 4.1gb. You can read steve os patch notes on the wwe forum. The big indicAtion that you may have received the patch is the save bug.

I really think the delay is caused by the approval channel being stuffed. Look at all of the DLC, huge game updates for Destiny, MCC, AC:U, and new releases. I assume all have to go through the same process with varying levels of priority. Also, from what I've read, MS approves once for all regions, whereas Sony approves separately for each region.

If that is the case, then how did a small game like The Golf Club get its patch/content update approved in a week? They submitted their patch on December 9th to MS after 2K supposedly submitted theirs (December 1st) and HB Studios received approval (December 16th) before 2K did. HB is doing the right thing and holding the rollout until all of the platforms have been approved...maybe 2K should do the same the next time around.

Straight up trolling.

Nope... Not trolling. I'm just as frustrated as the next person about not getting the patch for XB1. However, I'm just at the point where I've just accepted the fact we just have to wait regardless of who's at fault. Telling me why it's delayed won't make the patch come any faster. It falls into the "It's good to know, but it doesn't changes the situation." category of information. I don't mind people venting their frustrations, but some posters had made it their daily and hourly obsession.

Just give me a time frame, and I'll just stop checking my game everyday looking for the patch.

MS hasnt told us much other than MS support tweeting last Friday that they didnt receive the patch from 2k. Most of us have chalked this up as MS Support not knowing what they are talking about.

lets not forget Sony Australia confirmed through several sources -- tweets, forum board & client emails to several different people -- that the nba2k15 patch, to their knowledge, did not exist and had not been sent to them.

Someone said on a sony forum board that the sony australia patch would differ none from the U.S one and that if U.S had dropped the patch, there was no reason they couldn't drop it globally all at the same time -- ie it's not a regional issue.

So there's so much consumer confusion because of all the misinformation out there in consumer land which exists. It all leads to somebody not telling the truth/ covering their own bits.

I'm getting the sense that we aren't even that close to getting it. I think if it was within a day or two they'd say it was close when they update us. Instead they just say "we are just waiting like the rest of you." My bet is its next week which will exceed the 10-14 day mark counting weekends or not.

This is where I'm at too. it's why i thought this thread was so important and i'm grateful for holbert for making it and steve for allowing it.

as we hit this christmas period, and with all the tumbleweeds blowing in the breeze on the customer service front right now, its' conceivable we could not get this until after the holidays.

i mean no one has confirmed that we will have by xmas ... and if we don't it's a long wait until everyone's back in the office.

Nobody says "It will take 10-14 days to get approved" and they actually mean "10 to 14 business days".

10 to 14 days in the video game world is 10 to 14 days. If they are going to claim it is business days... then that is even more infuriating.
