I think people also seem to forget that 2K is one the best sports games on the market when it comes to giving both the sim and casual crowd what they want. With the amount of settings and sliders they give us, we can make the game play the way we want, and it's amazing. If you want a super easy game, you can have it. If you want a super challenging game, you can have that as well.

That's a great way to summarize going into any online game and being beat by zig Zagging, screening under the basket and 95% 3 point shots. Don't make this game seem like it caters to the sim crowd

That's what happens in online games. I don't play online, so I should've specified that I was talking about offline, but, no matter what game you play you will find people who will exploit the game to no end. That's the price you play for playing online. Should it be that way? No, but that's how it's probably going to be for a long while.

Meh. I edited my original post, by the way. I'm always open for debate. But 1) not now, it's after midnight and time for rest, and 2) I'm not about to waste time going back n forth with someone that's just going to resort to "You're trolling" stuff. I back up my opinions with elaboration on why I see things that way, you are welcome to disagree with it. You on the other hand, can only use words like "sucks big fat donkey balls" Guarantee you'll get a warning by the mods for that kind of talk before I do. Like I said in another post on this forum, you can always take solace in knowing that you are on a predominantly 2K fan site, and regardless of what you say, as long as it's pro-2K, you will get a crapload of 'likes' Have a good night

And the donkey balls stuff was put in there to get the mods attention. So I hope it worked. They seem to be oblivious to the subtle trolling by Live fans. Maybe if I bring it into the light they'll see what's actually going on.

I feel that the people that have been referred to as "trolls" have said many good things about 2K. The problem here is that people are not focusing on that.

Also it's like all of your (staunch 2k supporters) criticisms are the only ones that matter, while those who have been more critical of the game just get the label as a "troll". No, that's not how it works. Many of us have made very valid arguments, only to be told that we are "spoiled", "unappreciative", etc. Again, I'm not on 2K's payroll, last I checked, we are all paying them $60 a game...

I can't speak for everyone. If 2k16 plays like 2k15 after patch 4. I'll stick to Madden this year. If you keep accepting the "this is what 2k does" theory they'll keep doing it. If a company can ask consumers to pre order, It would seem fair to see more than 7 seconds of gameplay for the game your buying.

Thing is you'll get your gameplay and lots of it.

Just not for another 3 weeks or so. Which is pleanty of time to judge if you want the game or not.

I'm not a fan of it but it's what they do.

Speaking of gameplay Madden comes out next week technically (x1 Madden bundle) and we haven't seen any gameplay footage since e3 kind of has me worried.

Pitchforks and all man! I keep saying there is PLENTY of gameplay stuff for us to
discuss when it's time. I understand wanting to see the game man. I really do.

But it is concerning when a company picks up 3-4 people out of your own community
and folks still like. All they care about are casuals. LOL.

I literally work on nothing but gameplay and even then it's stuff that really,
only the few people on this board can even begin to appreciate and truthfully, not
even everyone on this board probably even cares. LOL.

But at the end of the day I know people just really want to know if their one or two
must fix or no purchase items have been addressed and I can respect that.

Even as I continue to work at this hour on things for the sim heads on here who
really believe we don't care anymore. All you can do is laugh and wait until
your allowed to show your cards.

We will share info when it's time. Just take comfort in the fact that it's 3 in the morning and we're still in the office making the game better. I'm sure you guys would prefer our time be spent doing that than hanging out in the forums and Twitter.

Not sure exactly, only the mods would know. But I know I first noticed him in the Curry/Harden/AD thread, he would just make condescending remarks about everyone that voiced a critical opinion about 2K, for example people that complained about Curry's hair not being correct, he referred to them as a "modern man", "metrosexual" and into "Glee". Or in that same thread demanding that people needed to state their complaint once and move on, no more discussing it, all the while acknowledging he himself was keeping the convo alive. Or just an overall confrontational attitude towards anyone with a critical opinion...

They used to say why. I had my debates with him and didn't agree with a lot he said, but I thought he was a good poster overall. Didn't really see a lot for him to be banned forever. And yeah, I've seen all of that lol. But back to this wild thread...
