Patch 4 made it so that good shots had a better chance of going in and contested shots had a worse chance. But the problem is you casuals have such a hard time guarding people one on one that you give people wide open shots. Then you blame then game instead of trying to get better. Defense is everything. If you play great defense I guarantee your opponent will have troubles shooting. That is it.
Stop blaming the game and get better. It's that simple.

No, I'm not confused. I have over 1200 hours playing this game. I'm a legend 3 in the rec, as well as the number one seed in MyTeam. Nothing gets me more upset than hearing you guys complain about this. Just play good defense, that is it. It's not hard.

You're kidding me... zig-zag is the easiest "cheese" to defend! Just play good defense.
That's another thing that bugs me. Just because you can't defend something does not make it cheese, as they're are players who are much better at playing defense than you that are perfectly capable of defending it.
Again, it's all about getting better. Stop blaming the game and get better.Last edited by Jhawkfootball06; 08-11-2015, 07:31 PM.Comment

If you play good defense, meaning you're in that person's face all the time he won't make 15% of his shots. That is if you can anticipate and play defense, which all comes with experience and time.Comment

I know the guy is going to the left, and going to step back on the left wing, he does it and im right there with the right stick contesting the shot. Bang, shot drops, as if I wasn't even there.PSN: ODB_BZA

First off, why are you playing CPU defense? CPU always plays off 1-2 feet of the guy. Not to mention the CPU defender's movements are easily anticipated and you've seen them a million times.Comment

I know how to play defense, the problem is great players + demi + green lights 99.9999% + op dribble moves + deadeye.

There are going to be people better than you. That's not 2K's fault that you have trouble guarding them, that is on you.
Another example of a casual blaming 2K for his defensive troubles.Comment
