    2. can you slow the pace down anytime you like? "ie" walk the dog pace etc?
Defense was revamped. You can actually lock down on a player if you have a good defensive player. I'm pretty sure we will notice the difference between a Tony Allen and a James Jones when you are playing defense and when you are being defended. This is where the foot planting comes into play. You see players locking in and forcing you to take a bad shot or into a trap. You will see players like curry trying to move out of a screen to catch and shoot and the other player trying to chase him around.

Is the spacing really feel better ?
Can we really pass the ball around and collapse the defense and no teleporting defense on our wide open shots ?

Only tried it once and I was able to finish but it still felt pretty much the same as 2k15. Heard people say they tried it a few times and "it felt real" and they fixed the "swapping away animation" as well as the "players warping into the ball" but I can't vouch for that.

How were closeouts? Did it feel like you actually had an open shot when the defender was too far away, or did they speed into place?

When you pass by a defender, were they able to slide back into position, or did beating someone off the dribble actually reward the ballhandler, without needing an ankle breaker animation?

No, I did not. I did see people try to go for a putback slam and it looked sweet.

What about the cuts and the pick control? Could you test it?
And is there something to do with the right stick on defense?
Are there still teleports when the cpu decides to score and you get teleported away from the ballhandler to guarantee him an open lane?

                    Thanks for anwering!

Yeah, I also hope they toned down the underhand pass to alley oop. Especially annoying when my myplayer does it in traffic in the rec when he can just throw a simple alley pass.

How is the look of the game? Does it actually look like it would on TV or in person?

It's hard to create space to take a shot. I couldn't just dribble around for 5 seconds and just jack up a 30 footer with Curry and expect it to go in. You need to create that space to get a shot in. The moment you create that space you will know you took a good shot. Players like Curry have that follow through when they take a high % shot.

Yes it feels go to beat you man off the dribble and drive for a runner or a floater. They feel a lot better this year and will make you want to go for that instead of trying to posterize everyone on every drive to the basket.

Thanks for doing this. Much appreciated. Did you happen to notice if mouthpieces were visible/animated during game play? The fact that they actually animated mouthpieces impressed me since I first saw the beyond the shadows Curry teaser. It just adds another aesthetic level of authenticity as well as signature style in a way. Did you see any visible during regular gameplay or cut scene/replays?
