Mine is stuck at queued, then says installation stopped. I've reset xbox, powered it down, reset internet, reset everything still get these errors. Will wait tell Friday if it hasn't been fix I will ask for a refund.

Also every game I buy digitally they download automatically no wait time nothing, then they are activated the day they release, since I am pst it opens up at 9 pm pst on monday.

same thing happen to me stop at 31% and wouldn't downlaod did everything so i cancel it and restarted the whole thing

For the people still stuck at queue try this because it worked for me. When you did the preorder you went in and could only buy the preorder edition of the game. Yesterday I went into the regular NBA 2k16 icon in the marketplace, not the preorder one, and it had install instead of bundle only. I installed all that and my game finished installing in about 10 hours. Don't know if it will work for all but it worked for me

I was having the same problems everyone else was having, so yesterday I went home uninstalled the game, re-installed the game, from that point it took about 8 hrs to download. It just finished this morning, but I am ready to go!

I started downloading last night before I went to sleep. I had a dream my download stopped so I woke up and checked it. it was at 12% so I went back to sleep. I just woke up and checked it again now it says installation stopped at 30%
I started it again hopefully it keeps going.

when i said earlier it stop at 31% yesterday and had to restart it last night well it happen again its stuck at 31% were it say ur installation has stooped any one have ideas what to do i already change to wireless to wired nothing hard restarted it nothing **** xbox

na its not the whole game. it's just pre ordered. you will need to download the whole game on thursday night.

Mine is doing the same thing I reinstalled it 4 times and every time it stops at 31%. at this rate I won't even get it on the official release date on the 29th.

just keep restarting the download at 31%. may be it will start downloading.

if not try this.

setting, network, advance setting, alternate mac address, clear, restart.

try doing that a couple times.
