Aren't you able to create a player, assign him to a regular team and then trade him to the classic team?

Haha really? What a way around thing, why doesn't 2k just make it easier since we can do it. That makes any missing player less of a bummer, though Sheed is a big one they should've had but it's okay, didn't care too much for either team anyway.

That's a little bit of a bummer. There were dudes on XBox360 who were artistic savants with some of those legends. The ease with which users could download such wonderful individual likenesses on a whim was way underrated.

I suppose incredible rosters as a whole can still do the trick, but individual uploads were a great option to have.

no sheed or brian grant really make these blazers useless! Wish they would have went with the 2002 blazers with da kobestopper, bonzi wells, shawn kemp,pip, z-bo,kerr.

Interestingly, Brian Grant and Bonzi are on the Blazers roster.

And Quentin Richardson is on the Suns.

There are a few roster fill ins on the rosters though.

That's awesome! 23 posted a photo of Quentin Richardson and I was confused, because I thought I'd heard he didn't make the cut.

Were Grant and Wells just rated too low to be seen on the screens we saw prior to release? Or were they apparently added recently? (I'm guessing the latter)

For what it's worth, Darvin Ham is also on the Pistons roster, even though he was nowhere to be seen in the early roster screenshots.

Maaaann...seriously. To help with these dudes who don't want to be in the game. I'm a huge Barkley fan(the player version. Could do without him as a talking head.) but I can easily create them and keep it movin. Whatever stance or position they're trying to prove is pathetic.

Some youtuber posted a 13 minute vid going through all retro team full rosters. It showed no Ham on the pistons, no Richardson on the suns. Grant is 72 and Wells is 69. Maybe a patch added them in the last 24. But I'd keep my hope in check for the moment.

To me, it would be great if 2k would for once let us know what goes on behind these decisions. Also, why not announce the full rosters along with the teams, like Kareem back, Nick van Exel finally in etc. It's like they throw them in there and I think many people would love the hype about Kareem back! Also, why choose a team when you cannot get all big players. The only solution is to finally ALLOW us to EDIT THOSE GENERIC PLAYERS!!!! Or create a player and add them, but no...just frustrating we cannot get full teams.

Be frustrated with the player, not 2K. Its was Sheeds decision and thats the bottom line.

Nobody cares about the 7th or 8th man being left off. 95% of the classic teams are totally playable as they were in the past. I think that's all anyone wants out of it.

This is too much lol. They were never dishonest about anything. If the game gets you this worked up over Sheed missing then why even bother with it? I say that with all due respect. Why let yourself be outraged over something like this? Thats not healthy.
