Love the game. Just wish they could fix the following issues. Still can't hit open shots... well I do but the obvious ones miss quite a bit. Anybody else have this problem?

Anybody know when a patch is coming?

My issues:

Defense is overpowered. Players like Jamal Crawford, Lou Wiliams, Ramon Sessions and pretty much every single player can deny ball handlers. KD and LBJ can't even get passed even if they hit a crossover... the defense magically denies each and every time.

Substitution. Very time consuming. Don't fix what's not broken. Takes your eyes off the game. Even though i'm getting used to it now, it's much more faster and efficient with 2k14 and 15's sub controls and menu.

PlayNowOnline. You can't see what team your opponent is choosing. Not bc i want to have some advantage, but if you choose the same team as your opponent, you can't exit out of it. You're forced to play them. So what I do is just restart the console. smh.

Also, you end up playing someone who uses the same colored jersey as you. Very frustrating.

Camera. Camara will suddenly go back to broadcast view when you already set it to 2k.

Just a few issues that I want addressed. Hopefully it does. I love the game though. If i could give it a rating, I would give a solid 9.3 out of 10. Last years for me was a good 9 out of 10.

The not being able to back out of a game before it starts. I've had a couple same team match ups (hard to believe someone else picked the Bucks) then I think it was 5 straight vs the Cavs. Really silly to have to quit the game instead of backing out.

Couple really cool things I saw: two Dwight Howard blocks- first, he literally grabbed the ball out of the air with one hand on a really weak shot attempt near the rim. Second, after Harden fouled someone on drive, Dwight blocked the shot so there was no chance at an and one. I don't think I've seen either of those ever in previous versions.

I am kind of running into some stupid CPU opponent defense though. I can run the pick and roll like all day successfully, the computer often doesn't rotate to pick up roll guy. Also I'm having my way with Harden, and they're not really switching matchups on him or doubling or anything. Howard as well was posted up against a guard and they didn't send help. I thought they had said some of these things were fixed, and with how much supposed emphasis they've put on defense it's a little disappointing. I mean man to man defense by the computer is better, but as a scheme & team defense it's still lacking. This is all on HOF difficulty btw. I've tried turning up their defensive awareness, help, and consistency but it hasn't helped yet.

Still though, this game is awesome. It's kind of mind blowing actually.

Dont know if this has been mentioned but I noticed 2 strange bugs.

1. Delon Wright is 20 years old in the game, but in real life, he is 23.

2. Anytime i'm playing at the TWolves arena, the crowd holds up faces of Tyreke Evans even though he isnt on that team.

Is shot fatigue just not on online? I've played two people who have taken 35+ shots with Curry and Wall, and neither of them got tired, both of them would sprint down the court all game and shoot from the wings and neither one of them came out the game but were still making shots.

In my second season of mycareer and the 6ers took a 7'3" center with the 5th pick. Playing against them early on in the season and they have Carl Landry, Nerlens, Okafor, Embiid and the 7'3" center on the court at the same time. So hilarious to see hahaha

Wow, just lost in the worst way possible. It was a tie game with 2.5 seconds left, the CPU bullet passes it to Richard Hamilton in the paint. I force him to miss, he gets his own rebound and the CPU calls a foul as he goes up for another shot with 0.9 seconds left. F#ck that! I need a break from this game after that one lol.

How do you check if a player is Hot or Cold? I played the Sixers with the Kings, and the rookie Okafor comes out and dominates Cousins. It was ridiculous. Blocked Boogie's shot like 3 times, and scored at will. Sixers rolled 'em.

Played a rematch after that, and things seemed normal and the Kings rolled, but that first game was straight up sketchy as heck. I'm guessing one was hot and one was cold in that first game.

I don't agree with you on your opinion of the subs. 2k has made major control changes this year. From the passing buttons. To the way the subs are made on the go. I use to get robbed while looking for plays or subs.

Press up on the D-Pad.. I think that's it. It's only on defense you can toggle it. I think that's it. Tell me if I'm wrong or not.

Also got to add.... Having a good big makes such a difference. Guys like DeAndre Jordan.... I actually like playing with them now. Huge blocks, big rebounds and Alley oops. I don't I've ever felt guys like Dirk, Jordan and Davis actually played like themselves. The other night I played vs Dirk. And they were running pin downs for him in the fourth quarter. It was just so refreshing to see.

And I'm really tried of people saying the defense is over powering. The defense this year is perfect. It makes you realize. You shouldn't be able to do a few dribble moves to get by a defender. That moment your defender blocks you away from the pick. It's a clear sign you are just pressing speed and not setting up the defend for the pick. It's such a smart thing.

Played on Pro. Me the Wolves. Cpu the Warriors.

I stayed close in the first half but they started running and gunning and blew me away. Never felt cheated. My guys were just too slow. Had no one to guard Green when he went to the 5 and stretched the floor. And once Towns and garnett stepped out, Curry went to work inside.

No bullet passes by the PG into the paint. Just good basketball.

Pro I stay on.

I'm playing a practice MyLeague with the Pacers on Pro/Sim Default while waiting on a solid 2016 draft class and I'm 1-3 so far. I should be 2-2, but I blew a 19 point lead against the Knicks in my last game. It was totally my fault because once I got up so big I went away from what got me the lead. Which was running plays and spreading the offense around. Instead a went to ISO ball and watched the lead slowly dwindle. I'm definitely getting much better with each game though as I get more and more familiar with the controls.

I have to say my three favorite additions to game play this year have been long rebounds, the new passing methods and the pick and round controls. Honorable mention to defense actually being fun (being able to stay in front of your man better and the ferocious blocks are amazing) and fast breaks actually being fast.

My biggest negative is not gameplay related... it's that the PS4 Highlights are broken again. If the great 2k gods from heaven above can somehow get those fixed, then this game would be a 10/10 in my opinion.

The more I played this game the more I hated it. I sold it to a friend, thank god I got my money back.. I just loved how coded the game is in favor of the cpu.. Every time I blocked a shot, the ball would ALWAYS end up in the computers hand. When the cpu blocks a shot, guess who ALWAYS got the ball? You guessed it, the cpu.. It was utterly ridiculous how much the cpu cheats in this game. What are you doing 2K? Are you trying to copy EA Sports? What a terrible product you put out this year.. Epic Fail by 2K...

How are highlights broken on ps4, I keep seeing that mentioned and I get highlights, is there something else missing?
