The game needs to recognize the goaltending when a player puts his hand inside of the rim on a shot.

One thing that I think hasn't been given enough credit is the look of the crowd. The crowd looks amazing. So diverse...

Just wish they made the right sounds at the right times consistently.

the defense is pissing me off more then ever. Don't see how ppl can say defense is good this year. Your CPU controlled teammates are doing dumb things. I'm playing the hawks right now and during a lot of transitions my SG gets lost and leaves Kyle Korver wide open. The SG sits their staring at the other teams PG while I'm guarding him happened multiple times already. Also the CPU teammates leave the paint open for easy lay ups and dunks. For some reason my bigs will let their man get right in front of them for an easy lay up or dunk. This may be the year where you have to babysit your bigs.

Are you making adjustments to your defensive settings?

Are you going into defensive adjustments at all? Like maybe, smother korver off ball? Or are you just assuming the CPU will do it for you? Are you using any of the tools they have provided to combat what you are seeing? Just curious.

of course I am i'm not new to the series. This is during transitions and it doesn't happen all the time..at least I don't think. Also yes I have Korver getting smothered but you know what happens? he back door cut on my CPU teammate. Smothering or playing a player tight doesn't fix the game and it's horrible player switches. Oh and Korver won player of the game that game too and a lot of those baskets were from back door cuts. I plan to turn back door slider down along with the CPU help defense. The strong help defense makes the CPU ******** and your CPU controlled bigs get murdered in PNR or can destroy the CPU in PNR. The big that's defending the PNR stays on the ball handler way to long.

Anyone else notice some framerate problems on the xbox version specifically on certain plays under the rim? I don't know why 2k didn't disable the kinect during gameplay and just use the extra 10% GPU to better optimize the game? Besides that I have no complains.

I haven't been able to score over 100 points yet with the Warriors on 12 minute quarters.

I suppose my 22 turnovers last game might have something to do with that. I'm trying the Freelance offense, and besides the fact that it takes me forever to move left or right on picks, that I can't seem to pass to the guy I want to. I know how the passing system works and I know about passing icons as well, but on the fly those aren't very useful and the passing system doesn't seem to allow me to pass to the guy I'm directing toward, which often leads to a broken play or an overthrown/intercepted pass.

Any help here would be appreciated.

I cannot stress enough how much I hate the Tier system, it's not fun in anyway shape or form to pick the Pistons and get matches up with the Cavs or Warriors. I've won some Tier 3 vs Tier 1 games, but if you play even a semi competent person you're going to get rolled over. There's no penalty for picking a Tier 1 team and losing, it still counts as 1, it should honestly be 2 losses just like it's 2 wins for the Tier 3 team. I don't want to have to use Tier 1 teams all the damn time it takes the fun out of the game for me at least since I'm a Pistons fan and like using them but when I see the Cavs/Rockets/Spurs/Warriors on the other end I can't help but think "What ******* thought this would be fun match making?"

Not just you.

I've had dozens of plays a game break up because the pass goes somewhere else than intended.

The big man setting up at the free throw line is perhaps the most difficult to pass to. The pass always goes cross court to the guard or forward at the three point line.

I have to use icon passing except I find that process much longer to accomplish when you see a give and go opportunity.

The directional passing in this game has always been a problem.

That was the other thing that bothered me. I was using the Kings. The most powerful team I saw in the last two days was Houston.

I still have this issue from time to time, although I have improved somewhat, by looking to see if the circle is under the player I want to pass to.

Still trying to get passing handoffs down where the process is much smoother for me, because I still have the player I want to hand the ball off to stopping and then going, as opposed to getting the handoff while continuing to move in the same process.

Anybody else struggling with Offensive Post moves when you switch the shooting over to the button instead of analog or is it just me?

Agreed. I'm so sick of playing against the Spurs and Thunder.
