Aside from the video posted in this thread are there any other tips on how to amass VC a bit quicker than simply playing? I think you should get more for having a good game versus a bad game; there's not much of a range there it seems from me playing poorly to playing great.

Im sure everyone knows this, but Ill post anyway.

Flicking the R stick to the right on a layup triggers a right hand finish.

Flicking it left triggers a left hand finish.

Same with dunks.

I know in the main menu of the game if you go to edit your my player you can add them. Havnt seen any options to add them inside my career

In the coaching options, has anyone got the SWITCH on ALL OFF-BALL SCREENS function to work? Or is it just broken? Im running a practice plays session and its not working there. The play Im using is a 3 point play called 'quick 2'. Your help either figuring this out for me, or putting it into the devs hands to be fixed is greatly appreciated.

Any tips on face scan for the Xbox. I get a decent amount of reference points but then it pushes my face down and my eyes end up on my cheeks. I'm not sure if my camera is at the right level or what is going on.

I don't know if this is the right area to try and address this but; Why can't we add/remove headbands from "Edit Player" screen? This has been brought up the last 3 years. I understand that Mike does a great job at keeping everything fresh and all but some of us have our own set of Rosters with our own tweeks. I spend countless hours making my own roster with one of the most updated 2K Rosters only to see LeBron, for example, loose his headband or start using it again. The only thing I can do at that point is download the newest 2K Roster with the updated LeBron and start ALL OVER AGAIN with my edits.

I wish I could search way back and find my past posts in these forums. I literally bring this up every year and no answer.

Guys how do I perform a stepback jumper? In practice mode I'm able to do it with Harden, but to be honest, I feel like I'm doing it by mistake. There's no consistency, so that leads me to believe I'm doing it coincidently.

Contrary to what the in-game command menu says, to perform a triple threat step back, you don't hold down R2 / RT and flick the right stick back.

The correct method is to use the left stick (away) + right stick (any direction). To perform a side step or forward step, press the left stick in the appropriate direction + right stick (any direction).

I believe you need to be moving laterally to the basket and move the right stick away from the basket. So, if your camera view is broadcast, your player has to be moving up / down (parallel with the basket). You can't be moving towards or away from the basket.

Also, something that I find successful when feeding the post, Hold L-Trigger, turn your back THEN feed via the bounce pass

I reading your solution and I find it hard to believe you can do this as describe.

1. The Left stick is "move" the player. So as soon as you input left stick command it cancels everything else.

You're right. Left stick is used to move the player. To perform this specific move (step back / forward / left / right) out of a triple threat position, you have to use left stick + right stick.
