Suggestions for what program to use for resizing logos for Pro-Am???

I am having trouble with this. I'm using MS Paint but still not getting any results. Any tips?

Yea I've tried MS Paint and it didn't work right for me. Google shareware programs to resize but just google it. Should find some decent info

I mentioned that I was too cheap to get adobe photoshop and someone mentioned the above website. I haven't done the 2k customization feature. But paint.net is now my go to program.
