Joe Johnson's jumper needs to be updated again. I got them to change it last season, but they must've put his old one back in.

These are the kind of post that he doesn't want in here.

You did and it is what inspired this post. I loved what you had going and I am attempting to get it in a format that is a bit more user friendly.

I want to take the information you provided/ looked for and put it in one, clean, user friendly place where hopefully our feedback can be better recognized. I am looking to eliminate the complaint posts and replace it with just images and to-the-point descriptions, eliminate the back and forth quoted posts which include 4 pictures each cluttering the thread and eliminate multiple postings of the same player by people who do not go through the whole thread.

I want the artists to be able to come to this thread, follow that link and see nothing but the most updated picture next to a brief description and the last date it was updated without the noise around it. I believe that in this format it will make their job more efficient and in the end help push out some of these updates at a faster pace.

I think your doing it the right way. It's waaay too much other things going in most of these post to actually find out the info. I wish we could find a way for ratings as well. This method probably wouldn't work. But I hope one day we can find a way.

That is correct. I want no posts about changes in here. Also that is not what this specific spreadsheet is intended to address.

For the ratings I have yet to think of a great way to clean that up and I agree that this format isn't the best for that. I think the forum does a great job for now because they are opinion based objections. Since there is no one way the ratings are calculated, a spreadsheet like the one I have here would not really work in my mind. I am going to keep looking into the threads though and see if I can come up with something. That is if this actually gets picked up in the first place lol.

To piggyback off this ... Jimmy Butler needs to be darker. He's way too lightskinned in the game. He's more doodoo brown, than doodoo beige

Exactly!!! been saying it the past 2 weeks...

I am, like most people in this thread, a stickler for details. Most points of contention, with gameplay (i.e. fastbreak defense, Pro-Am problems, etc.) or other more cosmetic issues (editing availability of shoes, headband editing, etc.) have been discussed and on the way to being remedied in one way or another, but i have noticed what to me is a glaring issue: Player Models skin-color mismatch. What i mean is, the player's head skin color does not match the skin-color of his entire body.

Notable players that have this issue: Jimmy Butler, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Mario Chalmers, MWP, even Kevin Durant and Melo, to name a few... the color mismatch seems to be worse for darker-skin-colored players, as the contrast is very evident (and more distracting) with much darker faces than arms/torso/legs. It's a cosmetic issue, maybe even shallow to the eyes of others given how great the game is, but, i feel it's problematic nevertheless. I can live with players not being properly equipped with headbands, correct accessories, etc. but it's a more serious issue, especially with how they've sold us to the fact that they've thoroughly used body scanning for 2K16, that there'd be this color-mismatch issue for a number of players (some, even recognizable superstars).

I most definitely salute the whole 2K team for the huge leaps in improvement they've made/make every year, and, with regard to player models/body types, i think 2k16>2K15 and 2K14. I was just friggin distracted by this specific art/graphical blunder. 2K16 is the new standard-bearer for sports-sim immersion --- and, at least from a visual POV, this color-mismatch issue takes away some from said immersion, at least for me.

Add it to the spreadsheet with a picture. I agree that there needs to be some changes to some of these players. The accessories will have to come at a later date. I want to start off with something a little less cumbersome so that the community gets the idea behind what I am shooting for and so hopefully it makes things easier for the artists to make the changes on a regular basis. The accessories is something I am thinking in the future.

If 2k makes changes in hair will that come in as new roster? Or patch it? If it comes in a patch you dont need to re start myleague wont it?

Still holding out hope that one of these years 2K will capture the length/lankiness of NBA players.


It starts with leg thickness and length. Legs need to be longer and skinnier on a lot of guys. Shorts being too long doesn't help. Then narrower waists/chests.


I wish they just let us edit all of this.

Iverson needs his hair to be black, not grey and needs a headband. He just looks terrible now

Jason Kidd skin on his face is a pinkish color while rest of body is beige. It's just looks weird.

MCW too muscular and needs a full scan on face hair and body.

Drummond, Reggie Jackson, Diaw too skinny
