Again. Great vids. These are the exact issues I tried to explain to him a few weeks ago when I first came across your thread. 9 times out of 10 it feels like I'm fighting the game just to bring the ball straight up the court or move straight in any circumstance.

EDIT: That vid at :32 is nuts, never seen anything like it- reminds me of some 2k9 type jerking.....

Also tried the "running in a straight line" in practice mode thing Drej posted and had no issues...wonder what is causing it....

in practice mode... try moving directly up or down from the 3point line... if it's not jerking or stuttering, you are a lucky man mr kawhi thanks for the support man, i hope 2k notices us

Idk bro...try making very slight turns and see if you get an unnecessary change in direction animation. This one is a little more rare than the other ones. I can go games without it happening and then all of a sudden I can't get back up the court on defense. I know for a fact that it happens and only when I try to run straight. If i run at an angle towards the sideline it's fine. That's why I think it's tied into the other movement issues that baller91 posted videos about. Idk what it is man

How is the hesitation user error? It basically happens any time you do a cross pretty close to the timeline. A defender doesn't even have to be close to you, it just happens.

I'm not being argumentative, I'm just wondering how it's my fault for what seems to be a punishment for pressing a button because I'm on a certain spot on the floor.

Just to follow up- only way I can duplicate the hesitation is putting addition input after the initial cross, like this:

in broadcast mode and in practice mode, can you move up and down... not towards the rim okay, but towards the sideline without any stuttering? i will post a vid again in a while

very stiff player movement! i am pressing down the left analog stick but it's always stuttering!!! and im pressing R2 hard. when going up, there is no problem as you can see but when it's moving down... stiffness all over. it doesn't even want to move in 0:21 of the video. please help us Beluba

notes: stiffness and moves directly always to the sidelines even if i direct the player towards the rim

watch at 480 or 720, you can change the speed to 0.5

it is not fluid and very stiff movement, seems like they don't want to move as said by the left analog stick, it doesn't make a difference whether R2 is pressed or not

I just think you're lucky. I don't think it's affecting everyone. But a good amount of people it is happening to. You'd know almost immediately if it was happening to you. You wouldn't have to try and find what people are talking about especially if you're used to playing 2K.

It's not just straight lines. It's plenty of times you'll feel yourself losing control and it being delayed. Especially on defense and off the ball. It's on offense as well w/ crossovers, and moving without the ball.

Yeah, it's odd. I want to know what it is as well so I can try to fix it instead of waiting for a patch. And when I say a good amount, I am talking about on OS.

For me, I know it's something off and for multiple people having movement issues no matter if it's 2K cam w/ a camera flip or just overall. I know it's something that the patch most likely caused. Never ever had this problem before especially offline. I was very fluent.

Definitely. But I can't really tell from the video. It's more of a feel thing for me but you can see it sometimes. I've posted videos on here as well of me trying to run straight and it made me run out of bounds for like 1.5 seconds and then gave me control back.
