Hahaha... looking back I'll probably won't let that happen again. Because the guy is bring such an *******. Because he won't admit he was wrong. And that he adapted better then I did smh

One other thing I'd like to add. He is from another country. So everyone that plays him in the league. Plays him with a delay. Not lag. But a delay. He is undefeated. People can't even shoot free throws with 90 rated shooters because the delay is really bad. When I started hitting jumpers because he left players wide open. He seemed pissed that I was able to hit shots. Does anyone find that fishy?


Yea if your league has strict rules. But I've told league members and admins of the league. If someone is running screens after screens. I will jump off ball. Just boot me then.

He likely has that delay too. I've played for a long time with people in the US and trust me the delay is real for both players. He may be more used to it though.

I guess that's the thing. When you play everyone at close to normal speed. But one guys plays with that delay all the time. He already has a heads up. That's another reason why I was able to hit jumpers vs him. Because I've played vs guys like that for years. My old league had 2 guys like that.

I like sim too but some of you dudes kill me. On ball 100% of the time? Between the crazy button delay, the horrible help defense, and your cpu teammates not getting back in transition, you will killed every game if you don't play a mix of on ball D and off ball D. And if you're not getting killed, the dudes you are playing are trash, imo.

To play the best D, you need a mix, you have to learn to icon switch on D just like you do on Offense. You gotta know who the bad defenders are on your team and you might have to switch to them to stop somebody off ball......

At the same time, guys who know isomotion, will kill you everytime you just let the cpu guard the ballhandler. You don't even need iso's. Just pushing the post button and having your guy turn his back and then turn back around damn near loses the cpu defender every time, lol.....Thats always worked in 2k, I dunno if people know it. I never use it against the cpu.

Off ball defense is the only proper way to emulate and recreate authentic NBA defense, defensive strategies and schemes if were being totally honest.

I played in one league with 12 minute quarters. The games would drop after halftime or worst of all in the fourth. Never did that again. The most I'll play now is 9 minutes.

Like not being able to defend the paint with proper coaching adjustments and schemes no fast breaking unless off a steal or block all that is watered down fugazi "Sim basketball"

You're not playing true authentic NBA basketball if you don't play 12 minute quarters in my brutally honest opinion.

I think "sim" is real, but it is totally subjective. I am a basketball fan, but I am no coach. I don't really understand the ins and outs of plays and what does what. I don't know what a floppy set is. But I do know enough about the NBA and the players to know their strengths and weaknesses and how best to utilize them. That's all I want when I play.

I get tweaked when I see Dwight Howard doing fadeaways, and making them! Hasn't been a problem with 2K16, though. I was playing the Heat the other day and I hit 3 contested mid range jumpers (terrible shots to avoid shot clock violations) in a row with Whiteside. That bothered me; so I lowered the mid range slider. That's not "sim" to me. I don't want to see that. Even if I am the beneficiary. Now if it was Bosh, I could stomach it. Even though that's not really his game either. When I play with the Heat, I want to be successful doing what they do best. That's the fun of basketball to me.

I got smoked by the Warriors with the Nets. Normally, I would say, "the game is cheating!", but, they're really running cats out the gym like that. Steph, Klay and Harrison were going off. I did a little something with Lopez down low, taking advantage of his size over Draymond. And hit a few 3's and jumpers with Ellington, but I got my *** rolled. But that's sim to me. That's fun because once/if I construct a team good enough to beat them it'll feel like an accomplishment.

Games take between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 min. But i get your point.

I agree though, the game is best on 12 minutes.

I played a entire season all the way through the finals with 12 minute quarters when I was single. A lot harder to do it now that I am married. I wouldn't be able to mygm at all if I didn't have the ability to save in the middle of the game.

2K at its finest bro. Some of the same ish I talk about that gets labeled "trolling." 2K will let you miss a wide open shot meanwhile your opponent will then follow with unreal shots that go in. I lost a game with Bellenelli missing a layup under the rim with minimal contest that likely didn't register to even affect the shot.

I take the heat for playing 12 minute games from her also, but thats one of my few ways to get a peace of mind in this hell we live in called earth. Emulating real NBA basketball get no better.
