Question: If there are two 7'3 Centers on a Pro-AM team, One outside and one Inside center, both 99 Max, What determines who plays the C spot and the PF spot?

Even 2kTV always talk about 7'3 centers and playing with 1 inside and 1 outside big man .

I fully agree! i have a 6'10" 270lb SF that i made specifically for being able to stretch and run the floor better than a 7fter. i can battle with the best of the 7'3" "skilled" centers and really take advantage of someone who "just has a big man" to fill a role.

Are any of y'all plan on playing in the 2k tournament ? With a 84 maxed rebounding as a SF you won't out rebound a great 7'3 center with 94 rebounding who plays for a top 20 pro am team with over 300 wins.

Played 2 pretty good teams last night. Just trying to figure out if they were teams of OS members.
Both were college teams. Can't remember the exact names but they were Oklahoma and Illinois. Our team is the Purple Haze btw

I made a 6'6 Balanced PG. I'm starting to doubt whether he'll actually be useful in Pro-Am.

My Rated Sim squad runs a 6-10 Inside PF & me as a 6-11 outside C, it's effective because we're so much faster than every other front court

The spacing provided my my center having 3PT range allows for driving lanes for wings and PnR for our PG.

You think you'll out rebound those 7'3 centers in the road to playoffs who are in the top 20? I have 6'11 max inside PF and he's a beast . Imagine yourself at 7'3 with your stick skills. You'll get out rebounded and dunked on . It's nothing to beat a low rank like 500 or something like that. I'm talking about the best of the best .

Can you best zone ? Can you best master cherry pickers ? Can you guard size ? Are you ready to guard the cheesy dribble moves off if YouTube ? Have you even played 10 of the top 100 teams yet ?

I have a 7'2 outside center with lvl 20 outside shooting, athlete, rebounding and defender. How would you allocate the remaining 20 upgrades?

I already spent 5 on playmaking and my passing is 41 now which is enough to get break starter with boosts + practice but now im lost. Do I further max playmaking to have better pass accurancy or do I lvl up inside scoring so atleast my standing layups will be in the mid seventies.

I have 15 upgrades available but can't decide which route to go.

We've play maybe 3 or 4 top 100 teams, only one 1. It's a challenge to play against any 7'3 behemoth, especially those with a bball IQ over 2, It takes a ton of energy and concentration on defense to cut off passing angles, box out, contest shots at the rim.

We work on our communication and defensive help schemes to minimize our inherent weaknesses. Since the PF & I are faster than the op bigs, we try to beat them to the positions they want and gap between them with help.

All of it has made me a much better defender. Am I Noah in his prime? no, but I hold my own in the paint and I'm a matchup nightmare to a 7'3" C. You've got to step out to defend me, the pick & pop game kills them & the high backdoor cuts on the weak side blows their mind.

I doubt you are so much faster. I have 6'11 pf and 7'2 center and there is barely any difference in speed between them. But I can for sure spot the rebounding difference.

I beat them down the court and I make quicker cuts without the ball. it's not Wall vs. Mozgov but it helps. my rebounding is 95 and there are plenty of times that 7'3's get away with BS rebounds, but I don't feel like I'm overwhelmed on the boards

Sounds fair and good luck to your team in the tournament. If you have a legit point guard then you should do just fine.

Also is that a typo 95 rebs? I have 94 maxed on both pf and center.

Are you sure the practice boosts work in pro am? Also Is the boost active temporarily like 3 pro am games or it only expires when you play my career games.
