I think it may be a case of not getting these things back in (rather than leaving them out). Since the move up to gen 4 consoles the game was re-build completely. And I feel (hope) they just haven't gotten around to polishing the legends off yet......


If what people are saying is true (2K are being quiet because they haven't got much to talk about this year), then maybe they had lots of time to polish the stuff that needed it. Faces, signature stuff etc. etc.

A lot of the classic player models haven't translated very well to 'next gen'.

As they can't be scanned, they won't be as accurate as the current day players.

What I've never understood though, is that pc modders make AMAZING legend cyberfaces without scanning, so why can't 2k step up in that department?

It's called an art department for a reason. You answered your own question here in the 2nd half.
