In that side by side picture it shows the straps on the shoulder area got wider, which it shouldn't be.

Body looks way too big. Face/head shape is even worse though. If you took away the bulls jersey, and no one identified him in the thread as being Jimmy Butler, he looks like a random myplayer someone would make.

That's why I wonder did they ever get jimmy butler's face scan or if they did, did they have to remove it to add his hair.

I could be wrong but in looking at these screen shots, it looks like they brought back the 2K14 body types with the the 2K14 lighting. The body types really remind me of 2K14.

The detail looks improved, I can't dismiss that. The identification of exaggerated bulk in the waist and upper body is a clear dead horse by now.

Size 40 waist seems to be the average.

As long as they let us edit body types this year and jersey thickness/bagginess I'll be all good.

They wont, don't know why some of you are expecting that to be an option when you can't even put headbands on players after they're drafted.

I really like the overall graphical improvemnt but Jimmy's face is definitely off...

Body types dont bother me personally but it'almost seems like they went back to the baggy jerseys of older 2k...wonder why.

I could be wrong but in looking at these screen shots, it looks like they brought back the 2K14 body types with the the 2K14 lighting. The body types really remind me of 2K14.

I can see what u mean with this but even 2k14's bodies looked better then what we see in this pic, but that 2k14 lighting is definitely back.

Geez Louise these threads about to be hot if they aren't already .



As a Bulls fan I can tell its Jimmy butler yea the waist area bugs me cuz it looks like his torso isn't long enough but I like it more than the last two years cf's personally . Maybe it's that the jerseys are too big causing the illusion won't know yet till somebody tell us or get the game in hand .


By the looks so far nobody will like the body types of some stars going forward so just prepare yourself for many of the same negative post guys because mostly likely with the game almost here this won't be fixed .

It's been an issue for years and they didn't do themselves any favors last year with the bogus body scanning claims.

I'm with you on that, we going to have to stomach it this year. At least 2k is aware of the hate the thick body types are getting and it should be fixed for 2k18.
