Intense D was never removed? Don't know how you came to that conclusion?

Did they change the pass button to B?! I can't remember any sports game, where passing is not on the A button...

They also removed Lop- and Bounce passing it seems...

As a guy who likes to drive-and-kick, that jump pass should come in handy.

Click the imgur link at the top that shows ALL the screens.. All of those things you just named are in the game and Pass is still A.

He meant that they may have removed the defensive assistance from LT, so LT (more or less) becomes a defensive stance button.

In NBA 2K16, defensive assistance was pressure sensitive on the LT, and would override the defensive assistance setting when you fully pressed LT. If you've ever complained about being "pulled" in another direction while pressing your stick in a different direction, then you was really complaining about the defensive assistance.

This. I couldn't agree more. The Euro was sort of rare to see this year in Pro-am due to the degree of difficulty in pulling it off. Everyone and their brother is going to be spamming this move now, thinking they're nice.

What's so difficult about it? Down+left or down+right on the stick isn't hard.

I liked it better when you had to go down left and down right or vice versa. You felt more in control.

How do you decide wich side you want to end now ?

It'll depend on which foot you stepped with last, I assume. You can't Euro Step to the right off of your right foot, and the same with left Euros off the left foot. It's physically impossible.

It is considerably more difficult to pull off with the current scheme than it is with a double tap of a button; which prevented alot of players from effectively using it this year.

More difficult how? It's just a direction on the right stick. It's not like you have to put in a Tekken combo command to do it.

If anything, double-tapping X might be less responsive. I know a lot of times I would try to do a spin layup in 2K16 and it wouldn't happen.

You say that; but you wouldn't believe how many people I've seen that can't do the euro without accidentally activating the floater, or right/left handed layup animations. You have to hit the analog stick at the proper diagonal angle in order to get the euro to activate.

It is inherently more difficult to pull off than pressing the x button twice.
