Ok thanks man. So unless we get a PNO blog or something. We wont know anything more about this mode until release day (we only know that there is some sort of way to filter teams).

I do know of any other outlets besides youtube so I may do it. Someone explain how to do it via PS4 one more time and I may do it tonight.

PS4 only allows you to record 15 minutes of gameplay at one sitting. There are two methods (not official terms, just more descriptive terms):

(1) Forward/Beginning method - double press/tap the "share" button on the DS4 controller to start the recording process immediately (and double press/tap the "share" button to stop the recording process.) You'll see a red record symbol at the upper left hand corner of your screen. It starts recording gameplay footage immediately. It'll record for 15 minutes straight and then stop. There will be a pop up message that the clip has been recorded. Sometimes the double tap to start recording process gets wonky and doesn't respond.

(2) Reverse/Ending method - press the "share" button once (and then it'll bring up a second screen, I think you hit the SQUARE button to save the footage), and it'll record the last 15 minutes of gameplay.

A sort of workaround to the maximum 15 minutes, I've tried doing both methods back to back and that also works, but they aren't joined together though, one needs to join them together with extra steps. They both still come out as a maximum of 15 minute recordings though.


To upload to youtube or dailymotion, you'd go to your "Capture Gallery" (PS4 main screen). Scroll to desired video and press the "share" button. There's an option to upload on youtube or daily motion if you want. I've seen other individuals name their 2k17 videos under the name "Madden" or some other name, such as "gameplay" and nothing else.

Made an account because I got my early copy today and have alot of info that I want to share and was told this was the best forum site to do it on.

Can someone please tell me how to "start a new thread" because everytime i try is says my account isn't authorized. I have a ton of info on the "boost" the shot stick gives out vs the button press, the different types of defensive settings, and also how to run plays without having to even be in free lance. It's alot of info that I want to share but don't want it to belost here deep in this thread where no one will see it.

Please tell me how to start new thread, thanks.

Yes you will, countless experiences with them and I guarantee you'll get the game on Friday.

I've ordered games from Amazon too many times to count and they've always arrived on their release day. The lone exception being when we had a hurricane and roads were closed.

With that said when order the PS4 version from Amazon last week and they didn't give me a arriving date. Instead it said "Delivery date pending. We'll email you as soon as we have a delivery date." I have never seen that before. I assume that it could be because I waited too late to pre-order and they could be sold out? Anyway, that scared me so I decided to cancel and go digital instead.

Before you're allowed to post impressions on the game you're supposed to take a picture of the opened game along with your OS username to prove that you have the game. Once that is done then a mod will open up the impressions thread for you to post in.

As far as you starting a new thread, you cannot start one until your probation period is over. I have no idea how long the probation period is.

Post or PM me a picture with your name and the disc and I will start an impressions thread. Anyone else who wants to post impressions in that thread will also have to prove that they have the game, as well.

Yes you will!! just make sure you have either release day delivery checked, or the free 2 day shipping checked, which ever one says Friday.

That is normally the case and is the case with the Standard XB1 if you order now. The PS4 standard edition looks to be sold out (see the second pic below). The Legend Gold edition is currently available for released day delivery for both consoles.
