Are there any new posterizer animations?
Can we put our dunk packages on and still get the flashy posterizers this year?Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 Gameplay Blog with Gameplay Director, Mike Wang
Question. Mike, maybe this isn't your department, but it appears the Create-A-Player system in 2k17 is still the same as previous years. For me and many others this is a massive let down, because for many years it has been very hard to make created players look unique & realistic. Created players ruin the suspension of belief and immersion, due to lack of variation and poor face art and weird face shapes. It's absolutely deflating to think that we will now have to wait until 2k18 again to finally have more options when creating players. I've been waiting for 4+ years. Is there a realistic chance we could get something patched in for the CAP system? Be it for graphics or even just more settings/options (body shape, muscle tones, tats, more faces, more hair, ability to use hairstyles of actual NBA players, etc?)
Here's a thread where people are sounding off about it:

Yeah it looks like kind of a two-motion heave/fling in the gameplay vids i've seen. It's a more fluid one-motion movement than that. I can live with it though, it's not that badComment

I really like the things that 2k brings us year after year. I know they work very hard, and each year I am amazed to see the new things they put in. Just a couple of questions here though. i didnt see anything about step back jumpers here. This is an integral part on NBA basketball, and needs to be reflected in 2K. People shouldnt be punished as a moving shot for doing a stepback, and these rarely go in on 16. Also for Association, dudes need to ask for more money. Nobody tries to break the bank in 2K which we all know is not consistent with the real NBA. Teams willing to go over the cap should be willing to do so in 2K and the teams that never go over shouldnt on here either. And finally, the CPU rotations. They suck. and subbing out 5 at a time gets on my nerves. I wonder what 2K17 does different in any of these areas?Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 Gameplay Blog with Gameplay Director, Mike Wang
pretty disappointed these weren't added back in, and baffled as to why they were taken out in the first place. to add to that, why was mj's one handed pump fake taken out in the first place? things like this just don't make sense to me. the goat gets the shaft year after year.
@JersDaCurse we need to hit him up about this. He's in charge or Signation, I have no idea why he felt the need to remove Jordans classic animationsComment

Westbrook needs work aswell - from what I've heard, he didn't get any attention again (top 5 player in the league). If I'm wrong, someone else who knows please correct me. I'd love nothing more.
But celebrations are in. So that's good.Comment

Sometimes things get touched on when I think they're "finished". Weird to me.
But of course, could be just my (and Barnsey's) opinion....Comment
