Do I need to have downloaded the Prelude to access the 2K17 part of the app? I'm still being locked to the MyTeam Mobile part..

I just made one after 6 tries. Finally came out decent. My eyes still look weird.. And my facial hair and eyebrows make it look kinda funny.
