Me and my friends are killing in the park. I like it better then last year. But i do wish the parks didnt look similar to last year, seem like we playing 2k16 with a update to gameplay. Whoever decision it was to put a shot meter on layups and to get a boost because we aim perfectly with the shot stick should be demoted lol. It just take practice but if you are a sharpshooter and you can shoot/aim good with the analog its almost automatic. I think its dumb you get a boost just because you can pull the analog down perfect. I rather shoot with square but its a disadvantage.

Its automatic because of mypark sliders shooting is op in this mode my friend have 65 shooting and constatnly hits open shots.

If nothing changes it will be worse than 2k15 patch 4 when guys will have hof badges it will be over.

Played again and this feel like nba 2k15 post patch 4 guys just jacking 3 from anywhere after dribbling 5-8seconds or one guy with brick wall sets screen and you cant do anything...

Also lag is worser than 2k16.

Played again and this feel like nba 2k15 post patch 4 guys just jacking 3 from anywhere after dribbling 5-8seconds or one guy with brick wall sets screen and you cant do anything...

Also lag is worser than 2k16.

Haven't had lag issues, I see dudes jacking 3s, but they only drop if open. No where near patch 4 2k15. Not even close actually. You see this because everyone made a damn Sharpshooter, Or playmaker. Good defense and actual basketball eat these hero ball kids alive.

So, who else is having a problem with shot releases in the park?

I have tried several jumpers and none of them work.

Whenever I am taking a shot, the player goes into the animation and then all of a sudden the shot meter will pop up after the animation already started and simply "load through". There is NO way to time the shot right. Watching the animation doesn't work either, the shot meter will just go crazy and it bricks almost every time. Park is simply unplayable for me like that.

Who else is experiencing this? Anyone have a fix? I am desperate..

wow thought it was just me i was about to make a new player i hope this get fixed. same here i cant hit anything i tried different jumpers and all (80) jumpshooting so i know its not because of my shooting rating

I don't know if it's exactly lag or just input lag but on defense the movement isn't as clean as it was on 2K16. I've had to play with my defensive assist strength so I'm not sliding around.

I also play wired and my connection is top tier so know it's not on my end

It's really really sad. The park trailer should come last week and we still not have it yet ... It's like they don't care for us park players. Mabye the trailer will drope in 1-3 month because people already forgot it. We still play 16 with new gameplay. It's time that nba live comes back!!!! They had real parks

Excuse my noobness w/r/t to MyPark/squads (I've been mostly a Team Up guy for years) but last night my friend and I were trying to play MyPark and were running into a bunch of problems. I joined him on the Sunset Park and we tried inviting each other to squads and never got a prompt or any way for us to join said squad. We also stood on the sidelines trying to play a game and nothing happened.

Were we doing something wrong? Something huge I'm missing to get everything in MyPark to work or were servers just a little wonky last night?

Im tired tof seeing 6' 7 point guard who ankle breaker to smaller player in the park. Or 7'3 that very versatile on the park. Please 2k make the limit more "REAL". Overral this game is good , but my park give the different story. Ive seen on youtube many cheeser who very good at their 6'7 or 7'3 player.

I have the exact problem. I submitted a ticket to 2k support and I suggest anyone with the same problem do the same , so they will be aware that this is a problem . I suspect it has something to do with the custom shot creator ,because for me, and other players who have this problem it started after we unlocked the custom shot creator and experimented with it. Immediately after that- when I entered the park, the shot meter was broken for me.
