Got drafted 1st round 10th pick to the Bucs

Team is undefeated so far and we have been blowing everyone out. Giannis, Jabari, myself, Middleton, and Justice all get under 30 minutes because we usually win by 20 a game. I kinda hate this since it's a little cheesy and I'd prefer a more realistic season. It took me too long to start.




One last thing, have they brought back the ability for you to request other players from other teams like they had in the old gen?

You can raise the difficulty, you're probably playing on Pro

One last thing, have they brought back the ability for you to request other players from other teams like they had in the old gen?

I keep wondering if having Justice on the team & him playing so well causing the blowouts. I'm on the Heat & aside from our game against the Cavs we've been blowing teams out. HOF difficultly.

How come your guy just decides to play like doodoo for the first half whenever someone smack talks him a little before the game? Is he really that soft? Like the buttons stop working properly and shots that would normally green light turn into bricks. This is the part of 2k I wish they would change, I like the scripting, but they should leave it out of the actual games

How come your guy just decides to play like doodoo for the first half whenever someone smack talks him a little before the game? Is he really that soft? I don't notice scripting in this game that much...My bull of a post scorer sf was bodying everybody left and right after kyrie trash talked, scored like 26 on 80% shooting in the first half. Superstar difficulty.

On a side note, for all the small forwards out there, which team did u go to after ur first year? I'd like to keep Justice with me so i'm thinking the Pelicans to form a Big Three with AD.

I just got jobbed out of the all-star game, dunk contest and rising stars game hamstring injury day of that healed the day after!

I have 3 mycareer saves going - all 3 players were selected for all star weekend in year 1 and all 3 mysteriously got the hamstring injury storyline b/s just prior the event.

There is a theory i have seen on here (and no idea how true it is) that the all star game(s) is bugged somehow and the developers scripted the injury rather than fixed the problem. Again no idea if that is true.

I just had the funnest game, my sf post scorer's lakers vs the spurs on superstar difficulty.
My guy is a big 6'8" 250lb, average wingspan bull, specializing in bully ball. Because we have the lanky ingram on the team, coach puts my rookie forward in the pf position to battle aldridge.

My sf and aldridge trade buckets, aldridge utilizing length and finesse, and my sf bullying him with superior strength despite being shorter. Post spin, layups, fades, pick and rolls. I'm hoping my hof bruiser tires aldridge down, that monster.

Whenever our team gets ahead by 8pts, spurs cut the lead to 4. Then they lead by 2, and we claw our way back. Tony parker's cooking justice whole game. Kawhi's cooking ingram on 70% shooting while putting the clamps on him on the other end.

Justice fouls out early 4th quarter. His stat line: 8pts, 9 assts, 4 TOs.
I cringe when Denver subs in, prepping myself to take over and play hero ball because i dont think Denver has a chance against Tony.

Denver makes one pocket pass after another.
Tony comes right back at him with pullups and floaters but in 3 minutes of play, Denver makes 3 assists and no turnovers. That's enough. You did good, Denver.
My sf bully balls 10 straight points. Aldridge and Leonard come back like a two-headed monster and pour buckets.

Finally, my forward who's been eating aldridge all night and getting eaten by aldridge all night makes a clutch block on aldridge to preserve a 4pt lakers lead with 40 seconds left.

Our duel is over. After a long fought battle, my team scrapes by to win.

Statlines:
My sf: 41pts, 16reb, 4assists, 1stl, 2blocks, 2TO
Justice young: 8pts, 9assists, 4TO
Denver levins: 0pts, 3assists in 3min

Kawhi leonard: 36pts, 3reb, 6a, 2stl, 1block
Lamarcus aldridge: 32pts, 11reb, 3stl
Tony parker: 20pts, 12a, 2stl
Dewayne Dedmon: 13pts, 14 reb, 5-5 from the foul line

Anyone else have epic games? I love reading stories like this

you know how you gain the ability to choose the uniforms...

are there any of features that you eventually unlock like that?

You can meet the team owner after some games in season 1 and he'll give you that.

Meet again and you can also choose custom arena sounds

I participated in slam dunk contest, risisng stars and all stars game in my 1st season so its rather random than bugged. Got this hamstring injury few days later.

I figured out why... that 40 offensive consistancy! Just found out can raise it, but only every second scheduled practice I'm already past the all-star break ugh it's one of those ruin your day 2k moments like seriously it's gonna take me 118 scheduled practices to get that to 99? My next scheduled practice isn't for 10 days!

I got ppl on FB telling me it makes no difference whether it's at 40 or 99... I'm so sick of guessing at everything lol. I would think it matters if you can increase it but who knows with 2k
