This is why 2k annoy me and why you can't always listen to them. When people asked what would happen should we decide to split from Justice, they responded as though it would take the story on another path.

It seems though, all it does is either break the mode story wise, or ends the story/cut scenes completely.

I'm in Toronto and they all suck, even when I was coming off the bench Derozen is only putting up 12ppg.

PointGawd Justice out here. It feels good not having to carry the entire team myself this year. I finally get to be a 20/12 big man and have the occasional 30+ point game. I dont have to drop 40/20/20 every game like last year.

So I made a 6'2, 200 lbs Playmaker PG went to Louisville, lost in semis and was predicted to be in the lottery. All this in the Prelude.

I was finally drafted by the BULLS! I mean, I like the team, but it would've been perfect if I was a PF or C. Now we have Rondo, Wade, me, Justice and Denver.. Wade still can play some undersized SF, but the backcourt is so crowded

Anyone know if I start a different career that my created jump shots and bought clothing carry over?

I want to see what it'd be like to be a tall sharpshooter like Ingram but don't want to sit through creation and cutscenes before i can at least save all VC for attributes.

My career as a 6'8 slasher SG has been pretty tough going. Not getting any stamina increases renders me useless in the paint and on the fast break, plus I'm really having a weird time with layups vs dunks vs jumpers. It feels random.

Had some funny stuff where I had my Orange Juice coming out party in December vs the Warriors (was an awesome win) and Denver had already been cut, so a clone of my player took his place in the cut scene.

Also had a weird glitch where trade talks about Justice in a press conference skipped dialogue and went straight to picking between what seemed two identical choices, only for me to later find out in a cutscene with my OG coach that I left Justice in the lurch.

My guy is still slow so not explosive getting to the rim, gets gassed, and I have to settle for close losses coz I can't take winning shots while contested.
Upped quarter length to 8 mins so I got some time to earn VC but can't bear 12 while my guy is so crap. However since I got promoted to starter we've lost most games lol. I was better coming off the bench fresh and playing players more at my players level.

I don't like that you can't control your player during pre game shoot around. Might as well not have it.

I have a created player in MyGm mode that I lock my self to and you can control him in the warm ups. I always try to get behind Aldridge.

Looking for some advice:
When the prelude came out I was struggling to decide which archetype to pick, and I ended up going with a 6'3 PG sharpshooter.

My style of play as a PG has aways been nothing but the pick and roll every single play and depending on the defenders actions either drive all the way to the hoop, pull up for a mid range shot, or pass it to an one teammate if their defender switched over to me.

I went with sharpshooter because I figured that with this one I'd still be able to pass and get assists to open teammates as well as make layups/dunks if I get to the hoop.

I'm at a 71 overall right now, and have played just under 20 games I think (not at my Xbox right now). I'm just curious what the other PG types are like and if I should create a new player before wasting too much time if I could be more successful playing with either playmaker, shot creator or slasher.

Thanks in advance for anyone who responds with advice!

Make a Playmaker for the speed. It makes all the difference for a PG. The upgradable badges aren't the best but will be nasty at passing and breaking ankles. I would make him 6'4"

Create player

Go to Roster and I think "Create roster"

Bumper over until you see the "Created player" list

Click on player and "Copy him to free agency"

Go to free agents and move that player to the team you want.

Save roster and when you create MyGm you load that roster and in the MyGm settings you can lock to one player like MyCareer.

Its my way of getting my MyPlayer-Is-A-God fix without grinding since I never play online.
