If you are going to merge the park with the nba side of mp we the user should be able to use and activate the same animations, badges, and skill sets from my park in the nba side of mp. Why is it that I have to play the park in order to achieve a 99 ovrl? I think that's so silly because 2k can't even get the regular game play right (quick matches, mp)let alone the park game play. U think if you guys are going to merge the two the game play should be consistent through out all game modes.
I'm also fed up with the utter disrespect that 2k shows to slashers. U let sharpshooters get their shots off. All of the archetypes play to their skills except slashers. Everytime I play the park I see playmakers and point forwards complete 80% of their dunk attempts when slashers are at about 60% in completing archetype skills. Why is this. This Is especially frustrating because 8 am forced to play the park so I can achieve my 99 ovrl rating. I miss more dunks and get more dunks blocked than any other archetype. I have just come to grips with having to play the park to raise my overall rating past 95 and I can't even enjoy it because my archetype gets shi@$ed on by 2k.

This has got to be the worst NBA 2K game ever. I don't think I have ever been as disappointed in a 2K NBA game than this year's version. Worst part of it is is that the developers, correct me if I am wrong, have not admitted that they got it wrong this year.

IMO the only great part about this game is the constant sneaker updates added in the game by Hawktastic (props to him) and the new commentary teams and sound FX on the nets. On-Ball Defence is terrible in this game as someone pointed out earlier. Why does JJ Redick constantly stick to me like glue when he's not an elite defender? Same goes with any other mediocre, below average defender.

The crowd animations and sounds are the same every year. The crowd noise is just odd and a turn off. The Broadcast camera angles are somewhat off compared with how it is in certain arenas in the league. Let us edit Broadcast Stadium camera angle and not just Broadcast Generic angle.

2K16 IMO was one of the best ever and I never ever got bored of that version. For some reason 2k decided to go backwards with this year's version

I can only hope 2k will go back to the basics and learn from this year's version and come back bigger and better in 2K18.

I'm tired of 2k having to change things. You would think that as many people you have testing the game that you would have all of the bugs tweeted out by the time the game is released. It seems like u guys try to get the game out earlier every year but in actuality it's not ready. Everytime you patch something or tweek something we have to relearn the whole game all over again and it back to day one. Yaw need to have a solid foundation that you build off of instead of changing key parts of the game every year. Suprisinhly you guys can't even keep the same animations and consequences. I mean my my player still falls flat on his face after I dribble the ball onto a defenders feet and not one kick ball violation was called "since I first got the game September "!

I hate 2k for trying to intertwine my player ratings with my park rep. This I the most ignorant and incompetent thing 2k has done yet. Now I have a 95ovr 6'7" slasher that can't rebound because I have to reach superstar 5 to get more upgrades. I don't like the park, never have and never will because the park game play is and never was consistent with the my career game play. It also makes no sense because my rep has nothing to do with my career mode .

Well I'm officially retiring this game. Its gotten to a point where playing this games gets me extremely furious and frustrated and that's not good at all. This is one of the worst NBA 2K games I've ever played in this entire franchise. I may not invest in 2K18 until around this time when the feedback is different from this one.

I played a game today after not touching the game for about a month. The hanging loading screen and mucky gameplay was just too much. But man, I'm pleasantly surprised. I loaded into ML and played a full 12 min qtr game between the Raps and Cavs. What I loved most was that it doesn't feel like ruby anymore. I was getting separation with DeRozen. I got some good flushes. Kyrie and LeBron went to work on me but it felt right. I was able to hit jumpshots. The game had great pace, I completely lost track of the fact that I was playing full 12 min qtrs. Its only one game but I'm pleasantly surprised. Loving it!

I have played 2k religiously ever since 2k12 and this is by far my least favorite 2k.

(Mainly play offline on SS/HOF difficulty)

Pros:Defense is fantastic this year, all the other years were way too easy.

New shot meter is better than the new one.

A lot of cool new animations (specifically in the post, while driving, and rebounding)

No more Spike Lee

Cons: Really frustrating to control player on offense. Seems like most dribbling animations can cause a turnover, especially the behind the back one.

Passing has taken a small step back. Feels less accurate. (this is a good and bad thing)

Some layup animations are pretty horrible.

Sometimes when I drive my player just comes to a complete stop without even touching the defender.

Overall, the cons just outweigh the pros too much for me. I'll still play it because I love 2k and I like the new challenge of actually running plays more instead of cheesing through the CPU. The game has taken a major stepback from 2k16 though which was my favorite gameplay wise. I felt almost 100% in control of my player while in this 2k sometimes it feels like my user has stone tied to his shoes.

Still with all my dislike for the game, I feel like it's a great game for 2k18 to build off of sort of like how 2k16 built off 2k15 for a fantastic game.

I'm not sure where to post this until someone creates the 2K18 wishlist thread, but this frustrates the living daylights out of me. Happened in MyGM. Notice that a.) there is no way to dismiss this message other than quitting your current game, b.) the message is very obtrusive, c.) I was not playing online, d.) the updates may not (probably are not) even anything I want, and e.) worst of all, this happened in the early 3rd quarter. I've invested half an hour into the game, and it'll be another half hour until the game is over! In the meantime, let's block a significant portion of your screen with an irrelevant and unsolicited message for so long that it burns into the pixels of your TV.

I threw 2K17 away. I deleted everything off my PS4. I couldn't take it anymore. Regret buying this one day 1. I've never been so embarrassed. Threw this game out of my place like a damn Frisbee yesterday. I don't feel any guilt. I'll enjoy NBA Playgrounds and I will pick up NBA Live 18. No 2K this year for me.

I cannot trust 2K anymore. They let me down and I am disappointed.

Agreed with everything you said. This game is a travesty to sim basketball, and it blows my mind how so many people love it. Total regret on my purchase here.

What was the reason? In my opinion it is still a decent game, I expected much more after 2k16 and was a little let down, but I am still enjoying MyLeague a lot and with sliders and custom draft classes it is a sim experience.

Tired of being frustrated. Tired of being tired. This game isn't fun. I'm not going to play a game I don't enjoy. I have 45 games on my PS4 and this is the only game that gives me this displeasure. Too many gameplay issues. Basically, it's not fun. I didn't even do MyLeague and I do that every year during March-June. 2K16 is still the GOAT to me. I couldn't stop playing that game. I had enough. I should have done this months ago.
