How deadly is CPU Steph Curry this year?

Just curious. I remember how 'ordinary' he was in 2k16 and it was simply infuriating because it just failed to capture how deadly he has become.

How many jacks does he attempt? Does he create them on his own?

Just played against him in mycareer and dude is pretty deadly, 9-17 from 3 including a game winning buzzer beater

Very deadly and I approve. Hall of Fame CPU. My reactions was the same exact way as watching him play in real life.

I shook my head, I was like "you've got to be kidding me," contested threes and you're still making them. Crossing me up and getting straight to the rim with a floater. I was shocked that he actually missed an open 3 point jumper. Jumpers off of screens, creating jumpers by himself. This was based on a couple of games ... so only a very, very small sample size. They actually had him running around congested traffic inside the paint trying to get open, very much like the Warriors. I was like wow. Maybe they also did this in 2k16, but since I always played as the Warriors, I couldn't tell you. I had to be on high alert playing the Warriors.

Note: Offline only player. As a lifelong Warriors fan (born and bread in Oakland), I was reluctant to play against the Warriors because it simply doesn't feel right to play with any other team. It was simply a trial run for a few games.

Saw him just once, against San Antonio, CPU vs. CPU on Hall of Fame (while testing sliders).

At the beginning of the game Curry went absolutely nuts, 12 points in 3 minutes - four 3´s from everywhere, like in real life, never saw that on 2K16 (best was in a Fastbreak, he stops three feet before the line and BANG, nothing but net).
Was great to see that.

The Spurs immediately begun to double him - and for the rest of the game, he absolutely lost his touch and ended with just 14 points.

However, Durant took over and goes easily for 30 - guess that´s how it will be in real life too

Justice thinks he's Curry. In Practice if we run the 3 on 3 pick and roll drill as soon as I set up to set a pick he just jacks it.

I also set him up with many open 3s and it's rare he makes a lot of them. Curry would not miss hardly any of the 3s I give Justice. But he's got a little going for him, he balls... he's just a weird guy.

He also let Deron Williams put 20 on him haha.

On topic: The whole Warriors are nasty and Steph is super nasty.

The king of cheese. All he does is run up the court and shoots 3 or he will run up the court and drive. He's deadlier than deadly.

Straight cheese with his pull up 3s on the break. He is going to burn you if you give him any kind of space. Even then he will still probably pull up in your face.

at least in the one game i played aganist the warriors in my league(lakers) Curry played like real life Curry. He shot deep fast break 3s while shooting mostly 3s. Dribble all over the place while Thompson was lefted wide open for his shoots. But i still manage to lose by 1 point in a OT game. Maybe one of the best games i ever played in a NBA 2k game.

Very deadly but realistic, he was doing step back 3s on justice young when my team played him on superstar mode and justice played him tight they even got his layups right on point and when u factor in kd and klay very hard to stop him .

This. He caught us with the 28 foot transition pull up. And when he didn't they broke into pick and pop with Durant, and he cashed out from 25. Klay was coming off of screens and just pulling the trigger whether he was open or not.

We were up 15. It felt like I was down 3. Absolutely terrifying. If this is what real life is like, the pressure is insane.
