Absolutely. Running some quick games this week and Westbrook doesn't feel like Westbrook when the CPU uses him. He shoots a hell of a lot but he in real life he's like if a bolt of lightning had a baby by a bullet. Yet in game he meanders his way into poor jumpshots with no explosion. No crazy dunks that don't make physical sense to anybody but Russ and this is coming from a guy that's not even a Huge RW fan, but he just feels so sluggish. 2K needs some type of first step mechanic that allows that ridiculous explosion to the hoop that guys like Russ and Bron have. They aren't the best ball handlers but manage to get to the bucket off pure athletic ability and will power. I need Westbrook & LeBron to feel like forces of nature in this game. Steph is the greatest weapon in 2K because his shooting is accurately replicated in game. Same with dominant centers. Even the playing field by making guys who fall in between capable of dominating the way that they do in real life.

I think the biggest issue for Player body types when it comes to CAP, comes from MyCareer. With the direction of going more towards cinematic in My Career, I think certain body types would mess up the animations in the cutscenes. Since they mo-cap all the scenes with one voice actor, the scenes would not look right with a different body type than the voice actor.

But I definitely want to see more realistic body types and to be able to create them. I would deal with funky looking cutscenes if I can create the body type I want. If I create a 7' 270 center, I want to him to have a appropriate looking body not looking like he is 210-220 pounds. Or be able to see a difference in a 6'3 210 PG and a 6'3 180 PG

All the more reason for them to make MyCareer and everything else completely separate (especially MyPark etc).

Your "MyPlayer" shouldn't be universal imo (Park, Career, GM characters should all be different).

And for them it works twice as well as there's plenty of dumb kids who would max out mommys credit hard buying VC for their park guy and then spend a few more bucks for their career guy.

Imagine being able to create a Charles Barkley or Reggie Miller, this detailed & realistic looking 😭😭😭



Literally all 2k has to do is run down the hall & grab the technology from the WWE 2k developers

If they do this for nba 2k....ea nba live doesn't stand a chance.

This feature would open the doors for an entire new demographic to emerge and prosper within the community...and from an advertising standpoint, contribute to the community as well...an example of this is the WWE Community Creations demographic...There's a number of channels on YouTube dedicated specifically to CAWs, with hundreds of thousands of subs & hundreds of thousands of views...just imagine how many casuals would start to spend time & have fun creating players, if they came out super realistic (like what's shown in the photo above) , they didn't take much time, & they knew they could gain an audience from it...guys would spend all day creating their favorite players, actors, rappers, comedians, family members etc. and showcasing them on YouTube

Exactly. I haven't watched wrestling passionately since Eddie Guerrero died, however I've owned at least 10 wrestling games since then because the CAW system is among the best in terms of console gaming and honestly if I didn't love basketball so much, I'd have stopped buying this game because the CAP system sucks.

I feel ya man! The CAP system in this game is extremely outdated. Sh*t takes sooo much time and all the faces come out looking the exact same (especially since all the facial expressions are the same)

2k just needs to do the right thing & implement the system from WWE. It'd kill multiple birds with one stone...example, we'd finally be able to create life-like looking legends like Barkley & Miller, while 2k won't have to go through the hassle of signing them to contracts

FACTSSSSSSSS! It'd literally be 10x more efficient & time friendly than the face scanner that we currently have.

We'd actually have FULL CONTROL over how our faces turn out too...won't be able to point the blame at anything but ourselves

I'm praying they will add photo import from wwe to NBA 2k. It would make all of our jobs easier and effective in terms of creating rosters or editing those classic teams. Please add this feature 2k.

i've been impressed with how much 2k has implemented into myleague. still would love to see them somehow integrate an overseas component to the game. bring back the D-league. They've added expansion teams, but I still would love to see them being able to customize the courts better in the myleague expansion/team editor.

please give us the ability to allow us to change the 3 point line measurements (to adjust for college, add a double line, or even remove the 3 point line when we want to create a historic myleague season before 1980.) I still would want to be able to eliminate teams that are already existing if i want to. it would be nice to bring back individual PLAYER downloads as well, and to have a create-a-team feature all by itself that is separate from all the other modes so i don't have to go into myleague and put a create-a-team in play now to pit up against other opponents.

oh yeah, another aspect i think they should change is being able to edit players ages on historic teams. that way if we do a historic season we can accurately change their ages when we do historic seasons/myleagues.

and...how about we add some more accessories. like goggles and short shorts? (edit the shorts length.)

more classic teams without removing the existing ones. being able to make transactions on the USA team, trading players (specifically referring to the 92 team, and putting them in myleague.)

ever since myleague was introduced into the game, I haven't touched MYGM once. that mode is completely and entirely useless to me, but i wouldn't want to see it go, just stating how much of an impact myleague has on me and how much i've grown to really love and appreciate it.

It would be cool if 2k just went ahead and gave us an entire creation suite...It sucks that all the cool features like team creation and jumpshot creator, are restricted to certain modes like MyLeague & MyCareer...Many of us would love to use our created teams in offline play now & apply our created jumpshots to the real NBA players
