*Classic teams to have their ALT uniforms (Bulls black/black & red pinstripe, Magic Blue/white Pinstripe etc) - They are already in the game for use with current teams, so makes zero sense that the legends can't have them.

*Classic arenas to have authentic sound/music - right now they are as dead as the inhabitants of a morgue. They haven't been accurate since 2k11/12

*Legend basket celebrations - C'mon 2k. Where's Jordan's fist pump? Mutombo's finger wag? Steve Nash Licking his hands? Kemp finger pointing or grabbing his crotch? Cassell's big balls?

*Ability to select short length and jersey fit.

    *Ability to select sock colour

    *Era specific filters.

I would love all of this..I play 2k for the classics but I have a bad feeling that with Esports on the rise, they are going more and more away from animations. Sucks..signature animations are why I started playing 2k over live years ago..now they are going away from bread and butter..sad day

Yep I hear ya on that.

I dropped 2k17 in its first week as they took out the hundreds of sig dribble animations from 16, canned or not, I felt that was one of the defining things that could separate a Tim Hardaway from a Kyrie Irving. Aside from a few extra bells and whistles, everyone's dribble style looked the same to me this year. Maybe I just didn't give it enough of a chance.

But yeah - I think you're right. Aside from the amazing improvement with the cyberfaces, the legends have been flat since 2k12 and they're leaning further away from even entertaining working in that particular area anymore.

I just pulled this from the highlight thread, but the home team ('92 Dream Team) came up with a steal and then an alley oop at the other end. There was literally no reaction whatsoever from the crowd, neither on the steal nor the oop. The commentary then treated the alley-oop like a normal dunk that was nothing special.

I know that sometimes the commentators will throw out some big reactions to dunks, but I would really like to see them react more to the overall game. If I come up and knock down 5 threes in a row with one player, they should recognize that.
100% agreed! Sound in general should be less scripted and have more A.I. attached to it (much like physics in animation).

This is a huge and complex task non of the less, because it means every specific animation (every single type of dunk, shot, pass, rebound, block, steal, foul, etc.) and every specific game situation (game winner, player in foul trouble, fatigued player, injured player, 20 point blowout, led changes, importance of the game, etc.) would have both several specific commentary lines and several specific crowd reactions. For example, the reaction for one reverse dunk should be different from another reverse dunk depending on the player, moment and context of the game.

          P.S.

When was the last time we saw Magic catch an alley oop and do a reverse jam?
Only respectable people deserve respect, you destroyed the game.
