Hey all,

2k is only releasing a patch without notes because the community accepts it. If you're dissatisfied with that situation, you need to make it known on here and in tweets to the devs that you want patch notes to be a priority. This is an area where 2k needs to improve, especially if it wants to be taken seriously in the competitive and spectator arenas.

Don't be rude or over the top, but let them know. Make it a point. They'll change if they are aware that the community feels strongly about it.

For my part, I think releasing a patch without notes is no way for a triple A competitive game to conduct itself and I hope they do better.

Man I hate to be that guy... But has anyone played a couple park games yet with the grand badges? I'm still downloading so I'm not sure if they're op online like they are offline.

Someone spoke about Suns media day and 2K work there.

I don't play the Suns so I don't know if there's any change on him. Your call.

Idk I don't think there's any difference but it was a different player that they were talking about his tattoos being added to the game. I'm going to check right now

I was just assuming notes were going to follow..... is it confirmed not the case?

2K normally holds off patch notes until both consoles are released.

That's irrelevant. If you look at the process of patch design, execution and submission, the only reason there aren't patch notes before or in conjunction with release, is because they haven't prioritized it. That's because the community isn't holding them accountable for that. If we want them to step up in this area, squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I'm never going to get the Dream Team. Why even pre-order? My patch downloaded in 8 minutes and it was 7 GB.

Oh ok you mean strictly for those who want notes at the before/same time as release.

I'm one of the few who doesn't mind if they come later so all good.

Are my eyes deceiving me or do the timeout adjustments actually stick now!? Made some adjustments, ran a few plays then called another timeout & the adjustments were still in place. Also players subbed out immediately after the timeout.

The defense feels the same but the adjustments/POEs actually work now.
