    Can someone tell Beluba to fix real FG%?

    Currently you can't go Klay Toaster mode or Lebron Playoff mode with their crazy heat checks.

    Like it's impossible to truly get hot and hit multiple shots in a row in real FG%.

    By shots I don't mean getting hot through layups. I mean getting hot through 3's or the mid-range. This is largely impossible in real FG% because I think 2K seems to calculate shots individually (and not in relation to the previous shots).

    I just want getting "hot" to mean something in real FG%.

    Currently, you can only go insanely crazy with a single player if you either

    A) Play "user timing".

    B) Play "real FG%" and drive into the lane, either laying it in or drawing fouls (essentially shooting FTs until you're hot).

    Pls fix real FG%. I play this because it makes it more "fair" between me and the CPU.

      Well, let me tell you this mate. And this is what I tell you as a member of this team. Sure, there are teams who could defend better and some who could worse, but... and this is the most important. All of them had to defend our CHEESE. Brickwall + a playmaker who could not miss when open, opened up for the shooters, sure. But it was CHEESE! We abused 2ks way too high shooting sliders with our ballhandler, and this opened up for everyone else. But the main problem is the combination of way too high shooting %. Take this part away to a point where you don't hit every open look with 72 rated 3balls, and immidiatly all the teams would change up their offense to a way more passing and play oriented offense. Don't believe it? I can't give you proof. But to me its just the shooting which opens the doors to all cheese in this game.

          thus the problem! Shooting isn't the main issue it's the over powered badges and ridiculous screens. We never ran that cheese and was top 50

                      I've missed live 10 in 2k16. I haven't missed a green yet in NBA 2k17. And If I see a green I'm 99.99% confident it's going in this year .

                            People seem incapable of understanding that being able to hit 80% of of open 3s is game breaking due to it being "all skill" instead of just having the capped chance of high rated shooters being a bit lower (yet still higher than non-shooters).

                            Realism is great im a huge proponent of it, but if im working to get good shots they need to go in if im skilled with my players or else id just turn on real fg%. Lets just make the game real fg%?

                            Also the contest shot system needs some work. If were tapking realism, just because somebody gets close or puts a hand up does not mean the shot should miss 9/10 times. Im not an nba level talent but i hit more than 1/10 when "contestsed," as nba players easily do because well...basketball is practice and muscle memory.

                                Yes you're correct 100% yet the way to look at as its core perspective isn't really related with having adjusted %'s for contested rather including some more layers to shooting such as physics and by that i mean balance, strength, ball control, core(athletes), wingspan, mental toughness, game importance, time, etc. etc. if you know what i mean the shooting has to evolve into something more than just hands up contested = 25% FG not contested = 50% FG it's more than that in basketball and i expect 2k to deliver those layers in year by year but instead we've lost 3 years in a row with shot meter and greens and all that back and forth, that's what really bothers me.. The added feature to timing the layups etc was a welcome but normal jamshots is just not progressing for 3 years...
