Yes. Gone 4 good. Ever since they’ve released these HOF badges, there’s no counter. I don’t think that was intended.

I believe the developers intended to have a way of showing individual players real skill sets through badge representations — a good idea. Having the badges in MyCareer does not accurately reflect a good player’s skill set — unfortunately it turns the MyCareer into a misfortunate event.

A) Is it really necessary for a glass cleaning lockdown to also have HOF Rebound Chaser, when an obvious advantage to centers is present combined with longer arms and higher defense/rebounding?

B) Is it necessary to have badges to “speed up the release” of a Sharpshooting Facilitator who likely has 85+ 3-pointer as is?

C) Be honest, why do we need a bruiser or brick wall badge, when there’s a rating called STRENGTH which should reflect the impact of screens?

After many years with the badge system, I’m out on it.

Yeah to me, badges now symbolize the opposite of what I'm looking for.

A true sim basketball experience. Offline.

My opinion, lose them.

before i used to kill you guys about getting rid of badges. and i'm an online player. i agree with you. the manner in which they are taking the badges and how much of a jump they represent in ratings(not just unlocking animations). it's making the game more and more less sim and more arcadeis, nba jamish. i could live without them.

wtf sorry, just saw that someone posted in this Thread revently and didnt Look from when it originally Was.

and this is what makes it all that much more potent. lol. this is when i thought the badge idea was a good idea. but now i've seen the light. lol

even online. pre first patch, no badges with a guy rated between 60 and 85. The game was getting closer to a Sim basketball experience. and then....the youtubers and kids started crying and we know what happened from there. in addition to the tears and the changes. the badges were not being collected along with much higher ratings and you see all sorts of unrealistic, non sim basketball going on.
